Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder

When a prisoner has been sentenced to federal time, they are usually transferred within a few days of their sentence, to a holding centre in Toronto...& within a week or two of that transfer, they're transferred to my neck of the woods, just outside of Kingston to Millhaven Pen (which is...

He didn't say it on the stand. He said it in his statement to police. It was brought to the attention of the judge by DM's lawyer RP when he kept objecting to the Uncle's answers on the stand...as he kept elaborating beyond the scope of the Crown's (TL) questions...& was getting into some...

Of the 4 days I attended court, it was the only time I saw DM look angry at a witness...but still smiling. Kind of like a smug, evil grin would best describe the look on his face. I had an excellent view of the accused's faces on 3 of 4 days I attended. No waving though.

After hearing RB's testimony that day...I had absolutely no doubt the pet incineration business was a total fabrication by DM.

Every time DM's lawyers objected, the Uncle RB & the jury, would be asked to leave the courtroom, they'd argue about his importance as a witness, compared to the possible damage of character assassination...& then they'd invite RB & the jury back into the courtroom. RB & the jury were asked to...

I was in court the day DM's Uncle testified. RB was so angry at DM, the entire courtroom could feel it. The look in his eyes when he looked at DM...pure hate. He was on & off the stand several times, due to expanding on his answers to the Crown...rather than giving a yes or no, he would...

    Bosma Murder Trial 06.1.16 - Day 57 - Closing Arguments Day 2

IIRC - MS contacted Artour (his co-accused in the graffiti charges I believe) when he had a no contact order with him. I believe TD brought this up before MS's testimony. I don't have time to find the tweet about it...but admitted he had done so.

Yes you do. Thanks so much for posting the trial tweets. If my laptop was more reliable, I would have offered to help, but if freezes frequently with all the ads running on the thread.

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #13

Thanks to Velma for this bit of levity yesterday. It was needed. I can see the advertising possibilities for this product - When your words on the witness stand, don't pass the smell test...& everyone knows your testimony stinks....use Accessory, by...

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.03.16 - Day 44

BBM - Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 11m11 minutes ago Dellen would have helped Mark out of his situation. "He's a very loyal person." My laptop almost wore a mouthful of tea when I read this line. Perhaps RP & CN need to look up the definition of loyal in the dictionary. Yes...he was...

Don't know if anyone has answered this....Itchy is definitely MS. I suspect the boyz he refers to could be IIsho & his friends. IMO Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago Itchy's street name is Say10. Dell doesn't have a street name. Leitch asks if she went to police with this...

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #12

Experts would be able to match the casing with the gun, but fingerprints would tell the story of who fired the weapon. MOO
