I'm just wondering... For those who know... if this case was in reverse... A British accused child killer found in USA... Would the USA be apt to push for certain conditions prior to agreeing with extradition? JMO...

I agree... Realistically... there must be some thing that pushes him a little past innocence... towards guilty right now... Or he would be walking a free man. JMO...

Thank you, Trooper, for this information. This may have been explained... and perhaps I just overlooked it... But... Is the defense present while the prosecution exhibits evidence during the committal hearing? I see that defense gives "their side" at a later date than the prosecution... But...

Just MY question, too! Is there a limit to the number of times an accused can fire/hire representation? If no limit... these cases could go on to eternity! JMO...

This is a good question... But consider this... What if a man was seen shot and killed on a third party's... innocent man's... front yard... Would not the innocent man's yard still be cordoned off and investigated for evidence... Even though he had no part in the shooting? Perhaps this is...

My fear is that a motive is never revealed... Since motive is not required for conviction... Is there a possibility we... the public... will never know? For my selfish curiosity... I REALLY want to know! JMO...

This is such an interesting point! Are the sheriff's behaviors (shooting) and consequent statement referring to some type of kidnapping... (whether metaphorically or literally)... concerning enough to have him be evaluated psychologically... Would that be happening now? And... would we know...

I am hoping this is Karma... And that JPJ is exposed even more for whatever unethical/criminal/mean things he has... and continues... to do! JMO...

Perhaps it is possible the counting of all ballots in some states could take more than a few days... I do not know if this will happen... But I have heard this is a possibility... All... JMO...

Just jumping off your post... If I understand correctly... Wasn't the Discovery material delivered to RA by some type of messenger... Not by the defense team? If so... I feel this was not helpful to RA... Seems the D team could have hand delivered the material... AND... ""walked RA through"...
