And she isn't the only unsolved case from that era that went missing from VAH Beach and almost nothing is heard from VBPD.

Missing almost 9 years and this about all we've heard from media and LE. Outside of that this is about as cold as it gets.

This one seems to have the same ending we've seen before and it isn't good for Mamta.

And to add to the confusion, we have a witness - OR witnesses - that saw someone entirely different leading to the obviously younger sketch in 2019. Of course that wasn't confusing enough so ISP's Doug Carter says a week or so later that the killer is a combination of the two sketches...
