True. But it also means the BD knows the area pretty well, that goes for other venues and parks etc.

The BD most likely could have a work cell phone, and given the reported nature of his line of work, allegedly could have accessed work/company vehicles as well. Access to storage facilities, whether personal or company should be looked at as well.

Then there's that funny statistic about pregnant women likely to be the target of violence or murder by that of their would-be fathers. IMO, KC was playing with fire, whether knowingly or not, as allegedly, the POI did not want children.

It's possible they thought she could still be alive. If they have information about weapons etc, LE will take appropriate measures. I just hope that if there was evidence in the house, it wasn't totally destroyed or contaminated.

If this was premeditated, I would imagine there could be interesting things found on the computer/phone of any POI, such as their google searches, gps/map routes.

At least they were able to recover her car, as it supposedly had keys left in it, and could have been stolen away. This reminds me of the Scott Peterson case, only I think this one will be solved a lot quicker.
