I agree. I also posted in the other threads as well. There is a true diagnosis and there are narcissistic traits that get thrown around very loosely these days. We don't know if he had actual diagnoses of BPD or NPD. Those can take years to diagnose, many symptoms overlap with other disorders...
I posted about this in the other thread. VA funding has been slashed.

Snipped. While he might have a robust survivalist history, IF this hiker is him, he might not have planned as much as we previously thought. This truly can be reflective of how profoundly his mental health was dysregulated. This seems pretty disorganized and shows a lack of critical thinking or...
I totally agree. Many people research moving to other countries during times of stress. His world was crumbling, he was looking for escape or reset. I also look for jobs in other countries or moving to other countries.

He might have tried to hurt the dog and the dog attacked him back, yes. Depends on who the blood belongs too.
This is a good question. He could have dropped the dog off on the road somewhere on the way up to the camp site?

I am going to agree to disagree. A mother or father facing housing instability does not mean they should no longer have rights to their children they previously enjoyed. Many, many people experience extreme circumstances and get back on their feet. Part of co-parenting and parenting plans is to...
