I wore mine 24/7, only taking it off to shower and to charge for a few hours before bed every 8-10 days. You get used to it. I traded it for an oura ring recently and still haven’t quite gotten used to not wearing it. YMMV.
My guess is the friend used a simple drone to peek inside the upstairs window. Younger generations have them and use them often just for fun, but it’s the first idea that popped into my head if I wanted to look inside windows upstairs.
I sincerely doubt AJ needs the money at this point in his career. This was a man on a mission, cost be damned. He believes in her. Her whole team does.
In the context of her testimony, I suspect her response and how she worded it had more to do with the ridiculous questions and condescending tone Brennen was taking with her more than anything else. He wanted to talk in circles as if that somehow changed facts or her opinion of the facts. She...
Dr Laposata (sp?) was extremely blunt in saying “he wasn’t hit by a car, so it didn’t matter how fast the car was going”. I’m not sure how much more precise one could possibly be to “rule out” being hit by a car than that. He. Wasn’t. Hit. By. A. Car.
The saying I’m used to is “woken from a dead sleep”, and there seemed to be a slight pause when he said “cold”. I suspect he didn’t want to use the word “dead” given the topic at hand. Just my suspicion though.
Hmm, if that’s the case for MA law, I would agree. There would be no real reason to cover up a dog attack that results in accidental death if this is the case. I’ve suspected CA was the one to throw the punch all along bc it makes the most sense as to why a bunch of adults would be motivated to...
Here in Texas, you can go to prison if your dog kills someone, especially if the dog has a history of biting people. So if the dog in any way caused JO to fall backwards, I can see the panic of BA. Combine that with I personally believe CA threw a punch that started the dog in on JO in the...
I feel like she’s still very much processing all that she saw and heard in the courtroom, and obviously is finding out way more now that the trial is over. JMO.
I would’ve loved to hop on a plane and go stand outside that courtroom. Just to be part of the experience. Sadly, I had to settle for virtual jury duty while working.
I also think it’ll help in a civil trial that the verdict still has to be unanimous. The jury can be as small as 6 people (not sure if it can be larger?), but I sincerely doubt you’ll find 6 individuals willing to go against the science that says JO wasn’t hit by a vehicle.
