I can't imagine how those jurors feel now that they have a chance to research Trial #1 and all the information related to this case! They must know they made the correct decision and be mighty proud of themselves. It will take them time to process the extent of their involvement in this historical trial! They will be talked about as a jury for decades and in law books, university classes, and so on. It's pretty cool !

I think they will be mad too because some people did not testify in this trial. They needed to listen to Collin, Allie , BA, MP, BH and any others I'm missing

seriously I just finished the Karen Read documentary on Max and I’m shocked at how much these middle-aged people drink and party. I’m 43 and can’t even imagine the hangovers. How do they have time for all that? They all gave me serious swinger vibes, just MOO.

Up all night after the Waterfall and continued. Watched BA when he came to sit and intimidate at the first trial, then I saw familiar facial behavior of a person that was pointed out to me for a reason, one in the know. BA exact same. No surprise whatsoever though. Just waiting and hope for not long. IMO

Here in Texas, you can go to prison if your dog kills someone, especially if the dog has a history of biting people. So if the dog in any way caused JO to fall backwards, I can see the panic of BA. Combine that with I personally believe CA threw a punch that started the dog in on JO in the first place, and BA had multiple reasons to want this whole thing to go away. IMO.

The FBI initiated a federal investigation into law enforcement after O’Keefe’s death, but special prosecutor Hank Brennen announced in court during Read’s second trial that it was closed without any charges being filed.

Defense attorney Alan Jackson, however, said in an interview Thursday with a local radio program, the Howie Carr Show, he still has questions about that investigation.

“I’ve never heard of an investigative agency announcing to the target that the investigation is closed. That has never happened,” he told Carr. “So, I still have questions about that.”

Jackson said he thinks there is “plenty of evidence for them to investigate, and I think they should.”

The whole FBI situation seems even weirder after HB said it was closed without any charges. Was it closed or just paused during the trials and HB said that to make it seem like no big deal?

Seems there's plenty for the FBI to look at in this case with the biggest thing being how exactly did the 47 shards of tail light end up at the scene AFTER it was shown the tail light was intact after they alleged she hit him and before it was in police custody. That is just a giant red flag that something isn't right in this case along with the multitude of other lies

Just said this myself on another site. Chances are none of them will ever talk because they are all scared of him. As long as that continues, the truth will never be known

I think Higgins and BA dragged John's body out to the front of the lawn sometime around the 3am mark. After Lucky did his rounds. I believe Higgins was talking to BA when he was at the Sallyport making the plan. The 2:45 butt dials were not but dials. It was come ever.

Allessi stated in the Runkle interview that “There was no collision” and that there is evidence that JOK was not injured at the site he was found at. They were not allowed to present the evidence regarding this. No surprise.

I hadn't heard about that. I've seen some stuff about that tendency and it's just another question mark in a long line of them that points away from him being hit

The FBI doesn't make a habit of telling anyone what they are or aren't working on. Hank said the investigation was closed but the only official I can find confirming this is Helena Rafferty, Canton Police chief who announced her early retirement shortly thereafter.

I'd given up hope on the Birchmore case and figured the cop who murdered her in Canton the year before John O'Keefe was killed would get away with it. Again because of an intentionally shoddy Canton and State PD investigation. But the Feds got him, albeit over 3.5 years later.

So I'm not convinced the FBI is actually finished here.

I'd guess that a really good investigative reporter will write a book and a lot of this will come out. The fact that the judge kept out so much evidence doesn't mean that the evidence isn't out there to study and write about. People other than the Read legal team know and will talk, off the record.

The defense team was not allowed to present that evidence and there are rules that prevent them from answering certain questions. Also side bar discussions are part of the sealed court records which prevents them from discussing what took place at the side bar. IMO It is fortunate that justice prevailed and Karen Read is free. The truth can set you free, however it is regrettable how difficult it can be to reveal what is true.

You would not only not go to prison in MA if your dog accidentally knocked someone down and killed them, there would be no criminal charges whatsoever. It would be a civil liability matter only and would be covered by the owner's homeowners policy.

Brian Albert knows this. So I personally doubt he'd cover up such a death and risk actual criminal charges. My guess is this was a fully human altercation with Chloe jumping into the fray as it was going on.
