I think Higgins and BA dragged John's body out to the front of the lawn sometime around the 3am mark. After Lucky did his rounds. I believe Higgins was talking to BA when he was at the Sallyport making the plan. The 2:45 butt dials were not but dials. It was come ever.
Yep, and they used the Ford Edge to either hide the body being dragged, or to transport it.

Although Kerry was part of the statement put out by the Alberts and McCabe's right after the trial. Higgins has all but vanished OTOH. Maybe he's in jail. LOL.
MOO
I think he went to rehab likely partially to avoid testifying IMO.

Paula was the best juror interview I have heard. Boy she hit the highlights and I learned so much from her. She was thinking so much like many of us here. This is a must watch if you have not seen it..take 30 minutes it is worth it.
it won't let me see the video ... I'm in Canada, we don't get to see nice things haha who is the interview with and I can possibly search and find it :) thanks!

Agree! Not all, but some of these women look like they have lived a hard life

Your post brings to mind Julie Albert, but even more so her sister Jill Daniels. JMOO

I believe it’s up to 5 now! The 3 you said and:

Juror 12

Juror with 5 notebooks (an alternate) - linking a Reddit post with the article copied, sorry if that’s not allowed. It’s from a truly awful Court TV commentator so I don’t want to link his website. I think he has since deleted the post for some reason.

Juror 12 was very interesting. She seemed the most guilty/disliked KR but speaks very candidly about how lacking the case was.
Thank you! I missed Juror 12!

From the article:

Jimenez said what changed her mind was when she went looking for something in the more than 200 pieces of evidence. She won't say what that something was, but she said she didn't find it.

"And it was one big part that led me closer to there's a lot of doubt here," she said.

I wonder what she was looking for?

Question 2: I think some people feel a bit sorry for her simply because she didn't seem directly involved yet has received all the ramifications due to her family's actions. I have zero idea how involved she is.
Except she was involved to the degree of continual communication gleaning insider information with Courtney Proctor for the following 9 months after the incident. And she was offering Michael Proctor a bribe (a gift) for his hard work. I think she may have been more involved than what some people think. MOO

I just meant the other players have been more prominent/outspoken is all. I disagree with feeling sorry for her

Agree and that’s why BA didn’t come out of the house. Whatever intelligence he had, failed him on that move. It became an obvious point of coverup. No one is going to stay inside or not inquire when there are flashing lights and noise in your yard. That almost defies human nature.

Brian Albert:
“By the time I came downstairs, the police were already inside my house.”

Were they?
Only if he slept in!! My understanding is that the LE got there mid morning.

Too much partying and drinking and it's caught up to them in middle age IMO.

Yes AJ was highly affirmed by DY toward the beginning. I will try to find the timepoint and post it.

ETA: At the 47:45 mark where they start talking about the entire team dynamics. DY speaks about Liza Little as the unsung hero, a brilliant attorney and writer, and Alan Jackson is considered a phenomenal trial lawyer, strengths that very few attorneys have.

Yes, not very much time devoted to AJ, but in fairness, AJ didn't mention any of the other attorneys in his interview with Howie Carr either. I think they are all just caught up in the moment of exhilaration of winning and mostly want to talk about the trial. I think they'll all still processing the trial. It's fun to watch!
AJ had spent a lot of time away from his home cross country and I think major objective was not interviews but getting on a plane and going home.

60 is the new 40! Very impressive.

He looks like he is 40. I can’t believe he only sleeps two hours a night. He loves what he does and said he’s glad that he can be awake longer to enjoy his life. I would have no stamina after three 2 hour nights.

The Brazilian juror touched on it briefly in the jury foreman article linked on the previous page. (The article may be behind a paywall.) She said that based on the Aperture data, maybe KR “clipped him” but then she goes on and talks about the house and the dog. So it kind of made no sense to me, which was weird b/c I saw a different interview with her and I had a different impression.
I feel like she’s still very much processing all that she saw and heard in the courtroom, and obviously is finding out way more now that the trial is over. JMO.

I heard the same comment in that clip about the cops in his house... I don't recall any cops in his house? that was part of the 'problem' with the investigation, wasn't it? They didn't go in the house?

They interviewed him later in the day ... BUT... he went to the McCabes and spoke to MP and YB there.

I NEVER would've guessed they're in their 60s!! They're aging like fine wine!

I just googled paula juror 11 interview and it came up....maybe someone has the interviewer name..she was good.

I suspect that entire Albert clan to be masters of cover-ups over the many years working in and around law enforcement. We know the story about Chris Albert when he was younger getting away with homicide and leaving the scene, with a slap on the wrist. We know that Kevin Albert is so incompetent that he drinks while on duty and leaves his weapon (loaded????) somewhere he can't remember. We know that Brian Albert is a scary, violent, angry man with a history of fighting others both for sport and for fun. It's not a stretch to think BA and BH were involved in JOK's death.
MOO

I didn’t find it odd because these two have a very obvious bromance. And I agree with you about AJ being free to speak. It was Alessi who did most of the talking about Brennan but the look on David’s face said a lot. I expect Brennan will still be working in the area but I wonder about the judge since it was rumoured that she was supposed to move to the civil side of things but wanted to stick around for this trial.
She better not get assigned the civil trail for this case!!!
