I can sit on a bench perfectly normal after having a few or 5 or 10.:seeya:

Big whoop. I can break a lawn chair, fall into a pond, and puke scottish eggs after 4 long island ice teas. (theoretically) :innocent:

Since we are at a stand off between the parents & LE, if LE feel they have legitimate questions which will aid their investigation for missing Lisa, why doesn't LE submit written questions to the lawyer?

I understand each sides point; this is not a game and getting answers anyway you can is better than LE/FBI playing stubborn and "it's my way or no way"! They are the professionals, try a different strategy! A baby is missing!

On the other hand, if LE only want to use the same tactics used at first knowing the parents are weak, worn out, a frazzled mess, to get a confession, then I say Shame On Them!! LE needs to stop saying the parents are not cooperating!! :banghead:

Bouncing off... BBM

I have asked for a link to this info from several posters who have claimed to see the same info bolded. I have yet to get a response with a link. The link I get is the same one saying they had counsel (law professor) in the Oct 8 interviews. I have posted the following information and still no response:

The article I have linked to and quoted is dated 11/01/2011. If the argument is that they had counsel (law professor) on 10/8 and police are now saying that "restrictions have been placed on all interviews since 10/5" then clearly in my opinion "unrestricted" means w/o attorney.

Can SOMEONE please give a link that states that LE is not opposed to counsel being present? Several have said they read that or saw that, I have not and would like to see for myself. Until I see a valid link stating otherwise, I will go with the one I found that says "restrictions have been placed on all interviews since Oct. 5, authorities told KCTV5," which in my opinion means LE doesn't want interviews w/ attorney present. TIA to anyone who can proved the link/links I have requested.

Still waiting on those links. Do you have one?:seeya:

Just FYI - I have a valid driver's license & a big fat Cadi fully insured but I don't drive. I have people to chauffeur me - my choice.

I also have friends who have no valid license -- either through their own stupidity or by choice -- who know how to drive & either do or don't.

I guess my question is: does it matter if DB drives or not? And why is this important?

Mother Hen: a person who assumes an overly protective maternal attitude
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/mother hen

or in Sarah Palin's world "Mama Bear"

The reason the fact that Deb can drive is important is because Bill Stanton keeps saying she could not drive therefore could not get rid of the body without walking somewhere.

We know now that is just something Bill Stanton was making up to take the attention off of Deb.

That is funny you have a big fat cadi, that is what I call my bench.

Did she have access to a vehicle that night? Where is it now?

We don't know if the police have given the parent's attorney any questions.

Bumbling, meandering, tumbling, wobbling, and possibly stopping...to puke :D

...while carrying a dead 10 month old 30 pound child looking for a place to bury her. Not possible!

I believe JI took the van to work and left the family car. They are still driving it as far as I know.

I would like the answer to this question too...Do they have another vehicle and does it run?

True. There has been no mention of it so throwing it out as a good suggestion. Also, LE's comment on the parents' cooperation would not be accurate if they were getting answers this way, just not in the way LE preferred.

Tuffy, yay, good thought about LE possibly giving the parents lawyers questions. The lawyer could field questions. Hope that's what's being done.

Yes, they have a white Lincoln. We saw it in the driveway behind the crime scene tape and we saw the family getting out of the same white Lincoln and going up to the house they are staying at.

Welp, if we are to believe there really was a dead body in the room based on the 'hit', the dogs should of also hit on the car, correct? (this is assuming they had the dogs even check the car, if not, shame on LE).

:waitasec: Didn't another article come out later that stated otherwise?

Megan Kelly on FXN reported today that the boys are being interviewed. (I thought she said today but not sure) MK stated that they will be interviewed by a child psychologist wearing an earpiece so that LE can request specific questions. MK also quoted LE as saying that DB and JI were being cooperative but continue to refuse "unrestricted" interviews. I'm assuming that means they are answering questions through their attorney but refuse to give an interview without their attorney.

If that is really true, doesn't that really change what we're talking about when we say 'cooperative'? They are not exactly ignoring LE, which I think some are inferring.

I don't think LE is going to submit written questions through a lawyer. That, imo, would be ludicrous. One of the elements of questioning is to see how the person reacts to a certain question. If you take that away, might as well not ask, which is what we're down to. If it were me, ask me anything, I'll even tell you the things I am embarrassed by, my darkest secrets, if that can help you bring my child back.
