I would like the answer to this question too...Do they have another vehicle and does it run?

..they have a white car. it was in the driveway that morning, oct.4th, and both it and the work van were searched that day.

..we then saw clips of deborah and jeremy using that white car to take the boys to school. ( jeremy driving ).

..when they made their "get-away" with wild bill friday oct.28th to the "undisclosed location" they left in a maroon coloured van.

..when we next saw them----nov.2nd-----arriving back at the house on walrond to meet up with new attorney picerno, they were driving the 'get-away' van.
( jeremy was driving ).

Missing Baby's Parents Meet With New Attorney

I don't think LE is going to submit written questions through a lawyer. That, imo, would be ludicrous. One of the elements of questioning is to see how the person reacts to a certain question. If you take that away, might as well not ask, which is what we're down to. If it were me, ask me anything, I'll even tell you the things I am embarrassed by, my darkest secrets, if that can help you bring my child back.

I don't know if it's true or not, but lets just throw a wild hypothetical out there. What if what DB/JI/Family are saying about how they were initially interrogated was true. All the bad stuff that is alleged being said by LE, etc.

Would you want to go through that again? It's a hypothetical, just curious about what you would do if all of that really was true?

...while carrying a dead 10 month old 30 pound child looking for a place to bury her. Not possible!

No way she was 30 pounds!

Well if LE needs to see how a person reacts that tells me LE considers that person suspect. Big difference between that and just needing information which LE could get with an attorney present. From what JI and DB have said, LE accused both of them. So what would be the point of sitting down with LE so they can just accuse them again? If they didn't do it there's nothing further they could say.

Nope, I wouldn't want to go through that again...but I would because I want my child to be found and soonest!

I would make sure I have legal representation to keep the questioning in line!

I have no doubt what the family is saying true. That's why I am glad the KC Star interviewed DBs family & gathered add'l information . . .

I would, if I were innocent. Call me whatever you want, accuse me if you want, as long as I know I am innocent I could take it. If I truly knew nothing, had nothing to hide, I would have no reason to not be questioned. I hope DB is innocent and just has very, very, very, poor judgement when it comes to finding her child. Me, personally, I would want to know what was going on, where the case was going, what LE was thinking happened to my baby. They would not have to seek me out, I would be there.

No, I wouldn't want to go through that again, BUT I would!! In a heartbeat to get my daughter back, hopefully safe! I would keep going through the questioning, telling the whole truth every single time, so they could find my precious child! It's all about Lisa. It's not all about Debi and Jeremy even though they seem to think it is.

MOO

And we are having to ask this question because there was no one there to corroborate what she said or what LE says. So, based on that I absolutely would want someone there with me. Preferably an attorney.

Had to be at least 20, no?

I have a boy that's about to be 4, and he's 38 pounds.... Lisa wasn't even one yr. old so I can't imagine she would be quite that big..

I applaud you for your answer. IMO, I don't think many people would go through with it again. At least not without lawyers. Very few people are going to sit in a room, by themselves, knowing they are only there so LE can find a way to railroad them somehow. And if I was really innocent, I would think that's not helping find my child.

The point to me would be, ok, y'all can move on now, I know nothing. If LE felt it was hindering the investigation because I wouldn't answer further questions, then by golly, I would answer them. I would answer them 1,000 times, if it meant they could move on and further the investigation. It stands to reason that as the detectives discover additional information that they would have further questions for the parents. And at this point where there seems to be no suspects, yes, they are going to want to see everyone's reactions to the questioning.

That's where you and I differ. I don't think LE is out to railroad folks. Most LEO are caring people who went into the profession because they wanted to help people. There are always exceptions to the rule, but as a whole I don't find LE a sinister being as some do.

Some of it probably is true... but why would the family let it delay the process? If police honestly harassed them during interrogation and they truly thought police were headed in the wrong direction, then they could have demanded to speak to a sheriff's deputy or some other law enforcement agency. True or not, I'm very concerned about the stalemate that's been created.

Everything relating to that child and the people in the home is relevant and should be investigated NOW. That includes a possible secret about her parentage. It's called motive.

I don’t actually believe there is any question with regard to Lisa’s paternity, but I agree that establishing that JI is the father would be helpful if only to resolve the issue that disputed paternity might be a motive for either of the parents to dispose of Lisa - to be honest I'd be shocked if LE didn't do that in the beginning.

*And O/T in regard to the 'running in high heels while drunk' survey, will there be a section for sprinting the length of 5 city blocks wearing said footwear after a VERY liquid lunch in pursuit of a taxi in order to reclaim the wallet you left on the back seat? If so I’d like to be included.
