The missing picture may not be current, as at 230 pounds I would think her face would be a little bit fuller (my opinion, as that's where I always show it if I gain a few pounds). But the tattos are quite distinctive.
I've left out a probate case, a minor claim <$50, and several traffic infractions, but there is a pattern here that is concerning. I didn't see it at first as the cases in the system aren't chronological but when I matched up the names I saw the pattern. Over the years, six requests for orders of protection, 2 each for 3 different men, 1 closed, the rest dismissed. In one year she had two separate orders of protection requested for two different individuals and for one individual the orders of protection were 5 years apart (long term relationship, father of a child perhaps?)
The criminal case is minor, retail theft.
There is an OPEN case in Family Court (details not viewable), though it was filed in 2014, it's still showing as open. Case is against the party named in the Orders of Protection in cases ending in 321 and 541, so I'm thinking father of a child of hers.
