No they didn't - only abeiline and snyder. I was a little suprised by this (that they didn't search earlier) because didn't SA have to go thru BS at some point the day Hailey disappeared?

ETA: with 3 agencies there, this does sound like a serious tip IMHO.

Colorado City Police are being assisted by the Big Spring Police Department and the Howard County Sheriff's Office.

This is the second time authorities have searched the Big Spring landfill.

Yep, keeping everyone just a little off balance as to what's really happening. I mean look what happened when firm information about pings and times were released in the affidavit, stories changed to fit those facts.

Regarding the landfill search, I find it interesting that the DA's investigators were there today. Is this the usual practice for landfill searches? I'm really looking for something to pin my hopes on here.

Kampfer told CBS 7 that it could be a day or two before they know if anything was found.

CBS 7 also spoke to Billie Dunn, Hailey's Mother, and she says she didn't even know that they were at the landfill until later in the morning.

She says she also hasn't heard whether anything was found at the site.

The fact that she doesn't know (that they haven't informed her) speaks volumes.
