Maybe the reason TA let Jodi in that night was she wanted to give him *whatever* evidence she had...phone tape, other pictures? and that she regretted threatening to blackmail him. Do we know WHY he was sooo angry on the May 26 text? Did she threaten him then? Why would he use the term 'sociopath' except meaning someone with no conscience?

Or that she was delivering his check while there for blah blah blah? Hard to understand.

All the missing pieces keep one wondering.

At some point jodi admitted to Flores that she was at his house. He asked her more than once how she got in and she would not answer the question.

So Ms. Wilmott made this movement. Claiming the State introduced new evidence but failed to present any evidence that Arias has a personality disorder... am I the only one seeing the contradiction there ... or the humor of it when thinking about Ms. Wilmott's cross of Dr. DeMarte?

No you're among the like minded here!!! Rich isn't it? She's had Dr. D's written report for years and had the opportunity of deposing her. I remember JW speaking of it with her during cross.
The DT experts on the other hand, produced no reports and ALV was even sent back to re-interview JA after Dr D had submitted her report to the DT.
Since the DT is presenting an affirmative defense- DV, Fog , Self defense, PMS and whatever, it's their job to prove those facts. Why on earth would it be the States job to present Jodis personality disorders by name as fact in their CIC when just the forensic evidence alone speaks to her sick and disordered mind? BPD didn't kill Travis. JA did. :furious:

I have been thinking all along the gunshot to the head was the last assault. Looking at the crime scene photos,Jodie dragged him into the shower laying on his right side. The bullet entered on his right side with a downward trajectory right to left right? Did she move the body after she shot him? I have been trying to figure this out for awhile now. Help!!
