So, waddaya think.

It's good that Nrmi has more objections???

Jodi is using her right hand to write on something in front of her.

I wonder if the jury wants her to demonstrate her ambidexterity? Perhaps she is practicing so she can say that she wrote the Jan journal entries with her right hand because her left had a finger splint on it.

oh boy. Mr Nurmi not doing well on his objections.

But Mr Martinez yet to speak up on his individual choices...so this is interesting.

Juan has done his. He only had four

actually no one looks confident .... gulp

does Jodi know the questions before they are asked? are her lawyers telling/coaching her before the jury comes in? thanks

:furious: I bet they are ... she is sitting in the courtroom, looking like a frail maw-maw ... and she's got a new "do" ...

No doubt they are finding a way to funnel those questions to her ... but I hope I am wrong !

MOO !

:please: for Travis and his Family !

so has <mod snip> JA slithered in yet?

  • #628
Hm. It appears the Judge is sustaining very few questions :)

It does, this could be an interesting day!

And since these are already being decided ahead of time, once they actually get into the questions, it should roll right along without too much interruption.

Could her hairdo be anymore childish? Nice try Nurmoid...

I think Nurmi is buying time with the objections, gives time for JA to review other questions.

Headin over to the courthouse now

  • #632
Nurmi has an objection to lots of the jurors' questions...that's a good thing

family looks worried

Seems that Willmott person is coaching Jodi on the questions....of course! :banghead:

She's so happy to be with Jodi, her new BFF.

I dislike this kind of comment. It's not relevant to the case, and personally I find mocking his physical appearance offensive. I am tall and often slouch in chairs. Not because I am a slob but because I always have. Goes with being super sized. Most chairs aren't well designed for the big and tall.

Smug at least. She's just so sure of herself. No jury will convict her. We can mark her words on that.

I hope she still feels that way when she's strapped to a gurney...

7 questions so far by defense alone. 4 overruled. We're on the eight now.

Yes... as far as the gun/gunshot is concerned (that detectives didn't ever bother to look for).

But, I disagree with the ME Dr. Horn? I believe he was shot first at the last shower pic of Travis' face.

Question: If she premeditated this, why didn't she keep his camera as a trophy? and say it was "stolen".
Most people who commit murder don't keep 'trophies'. In fact its usually a trait only found in serial murderers.

It has nothing at all to do with premeditation...but why would she keep anything that tied her to the crime at all, anyway? She obviously ditched the rest of it.

Looks like the judge is going to give the jury some leeway in their questions, which is really good.
