Jodi is using her right hand to write on something in front of her.

I think she is practicing in case her ambidexterity is called into question with the journal entries looking so neat when her finger was broken. I am left handed and pretty ambidextrous but even with all my practice writing with the right hand is never as smooth or clear.

I'm loving that many of the questions are multi-parts -there are probably more than we know.
Also loving the many 'over-ruled' objections, and the few that JM objected to were also not the defense' long list - they were probably wrong for legal reasons.

Sounds like an intelligent jury, many questions, and most have been relevant to the judge.

just jumping on for a few minutes . . . I have not been able to watch or follow along this week . . . just reviewed the transcripts from yesterday (HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL MY FELLOW TRANSCRIBERS!!!!) I have been jonesing for catching up with this trial and you all made that possible!

They are going thru agreed upon juror questions and I am understanding JA has not been able to see those yet (and prepare for them?)

wenwen,
She DOES get to see them (and think up lies) ahead of time. I don't see how this can be right. No other witnesses got to see the questions ahead of time!!!

Attorney client privilege?!!

I'm dying to hear those questions!!!

I'm thinking the question was about when she changed her story to self defense.

Problem is, the camera incurred no signs of external physical damage. If Jodi and Travis were playing soccer ball with the camera, we expect to see some physical damage. Forensic scientist Melendez made it clear that no damage was done to this camera.

Well I will say this...that is a camera that also went through a cycle in the washing machine. Hard to say if there would have even been any damage even if it was kicked.

Which of course, the lack of damage to it after going through possible kicking around a murder scene and through a cycle in the washing maching and it still had no damage makes it seem much more unlikely Travis would have instantly turned murderous over it falling a couple of feet! LOL!!

Most people who commit murder don't keep 'trophies'. In fact its usually a trait only found in serial murderers.

It has nothing at all to do with premeditation...but why would she keep anything that tied her to the crime at all, anyway? She obviously ditched the rest of it.

Even among serial killers, it's rare. It mostly movie serial killers that keep trophies.

It's really doing my heart good with the Judge sustaining alot of Nurmi's objections!!!

Do you mean overruling his objections?

Wow, that shot of Jodi...she looks like she's very angry. :rocker:

 Seriously, is this Question for real ?

JMO ... but I just do NOT see what this has to do with Travis' murder !

IMO, the FOCUS of these questions from the Jury should be about WHY she killed an innocent man !

MOO ... :moo: MOO !

:please:

It has been a big question for me as to HOW JA's sustained her lifestyle and all her road trips and camera's and rent money on part time waitress jobs. This question, for me, goes to is it her pattern to take money from other people, family, men she dates, steals to pay for things like boob job when she can't pay for rent or groceries.

Shows a pattern of using other people or stealing IMO.
