Does anyone know if the number of questions asked is within the realm of "normal" for a DP case where the accused testifies?

I doubt there's even anything to compare it to. I don't think a DP defendant has ever been on the stand for this many days before.

This is what I have-(feel free to correct or add to) Nurmi objected to & was overruled- Question#55 ???
Question#60(judge made mention of June 2008 trip)
Question#69, 4 part quest. (judge said it will be prefaced with your knowledge)
Question#74
Question#111- 1st part allowed

Juan & Nurmi agreed & these questions were sustained. #43, #60, #75, #90

Nurmi objected & was sustained, #50, #89(someone said that quest. might be about tire slashing), #109

Qustion #62 went to chambers to discuss, Nurmi said something about client privilege

Questions 1-42, not sure if they are allowing or are allowing

There are only what, three or four states that allow questions? I doubt very many have taken the stand.
I am hoping this juror questions things catches on in ALL states. I love it.

When JA says "I thought my life was probably done now" I believe she is admitting that she killed TA and it was NOT self defense. Not once does she say describe the situation where she was in imminent fear for her life.

Maybe she's going to tell them to cut the carp--instruct JA to give precise, short answers and to answer the question only.

We can all pray!

I just now clicked on today's link, "100 questions...", and I look up to see it landed me on pg 1 of 100!!!

I see this as a ' good sign' rather than a simple coincidence.

Btw, thanks to Linda, I am now reading these threads using tapatalk on my nook. No more lugging my 15" laptop to bed! (The chubby thanks you too!)

Sent from my BNTV250 using Tapatalk 2

I didn't know it worked on nook! Thanks! I have on my smartphone, and will download on nook when I get home! :great: I like the ustream app on my smart phone as I can plug in streaming with headplugs and get stuff done during the day as can hang the phone around my neck! :rocker:

Oh, I can't imagine the emotions that must be going through the Alexander family as they watch the video of DD.
Prayers for them for surviving another day of their hell.

Am I brain dead? Who is DD?

Wow..she is pathetic! Its like she cant stand not having his attention. She doesnt want Travis to have any kind of attention! She acts like a lethargic idiot!! Wish the Jury could see this!!

There is more to the video, and Dr. Drew is holding us hostage until tonight!

Yep, my TV was on when i awoke and HLN said 3pm Eastern for the jury to come in. :banghead:

That means only 1 and 1/2 hours if they stop at 4:30pm so Jodi can get to jail for her beanie weenie dinner.

They stop at 4:30 Arizona (MT?) time.

The questions will be about her inconsistencies, asking her to clarify them to which she'll expound on her lies and make up new ones. The amount of questions indicate that at least some on the jury are seriously considering her claim of self-defense and they need some loose ends tied up before voting to acquit. It's not good at all.

Stop that. :hand: I couldn't sleep after you were saying this last night, now I have to eat lunch and need to keep it down. :seeya:
