I agree.

They are deciding life or death for another human being, and while I understand that JA is far from a normal human being... she is still a living breathing person. I would think if I was deciding if someone dies I'd want to leave no nagging question. Otherwise guilt might be a factor for them later in life.

I think that the jury questions are very encouraging, but I can't let myself get too excited since we are not done yet. Guess I'm just too afraid to get too optimistic.

That would explain the quality of her photography though, wouldn't it?

Not to say anything to support Jodi, but I specifically got a DSLR camera that could be adjustable for wearing/not wearing glasses. It's great.

It's all the other things she alleged she saw from a distance that get me: the photo of the "boy", the girl she saw with Travis when peeping through the window, etc.

For the person that asked if the jury can see this - they see it when it happens while at sidebar. They are -- like KC much worse about being all smiles when they are gone. But -- I have seen them do this often during the trial. Twinsie too. Katiecoolady might weigh in on this too.
