She had alcoholic blackouts at the age of 15? Wow ... that's some heavy drinking!

That was my thought, too, and also, she knows what a blackout is--birth of the Fog?

She should do herself a favor and just guilty now - proceed to mitigation and sentencing. jmo

Yeah...hey mods....maybe we should clean up my post...can i delete it myself?

I deleted my reply to it so you should be able to delete your original message. Good idea.

If her answers aren't set to memory and well-rehearsed then---- they're super convenient!

She is incapable of a yes or no answer. She NEEDS to embellish in order to convince and I have to believe all 18 jurors are on to her.

Her manner is so synonymous with deception that, Juan must be doing back-flips in his mind!!!

yes exactly! what a rambling on motor mouthed lying sack of chit!

Ask her about the magazine coded message!!!!

Ask her about the bank deposits---where did she get the money!!!

Sorry for all the exclamation points

I don't know how to "multiquote", but to whoever is saying they are concerned that the jury will judge TA harshly because they are asking JA about following the Law of Attraction but not the Law of Chastity, I see it this way:

They are probably not asking her because they are judging anyone for not doing it, but more just to point out her hypocrisy IMO.

This jury has picked up on every time she contradicted herself and they still are. It sounds like they didn't miss anything and her DT knows it. They have a serious problem and I wish I could be there when they point this out to her.

I AGREE!! There've been 2 specific questions where someone provided 2 DIFFERENT CONTRARY EXPLANATIONS THAT SHE GAVE FROM THE STAND, UNDER OATH and asked "which one is it?" ~ This is awesome in my opinion!

I haven't watched all day or read the threads but her voice seems nervous today

I would love to know the questions that weren't allowed!

KCL said she saw the pony tail girl put pages of questions in the juror box. Probably most from her.

Well - we know none of them are from Poquito. Ha, ha!

if there are Mormons-they can see her lack of knowledge and that she became a Travis Mormon just to get him.

I appreciate the concern that Mormons might not like the sexual escapades of Jody and Travis, but I honestly cannot see that as a real concern regarding their ability to see the facts for what they are. Honestly. I think most Mormons would just be so sad at this tragedy. Even though he did not live church doctrine, my view would be that any Mormon juror would just feel so sad he didn't get to continue his life so that he could continue with the good choices he was obviously trying to make. Hope I am saying this right. Bottom line - I am very dedicated to my faith and I just really love Travis and feel so sick at what he experienced. I don't have any judgement at all as to what he did or didn't do as far as the church. And, for those who don't like the pro-victim stance, I honestly don't care what Jodi did or didn't do either. None of my business why she joined or what she did. If she hadn't murdered Travis, I wouldn't think anything less of her for her sexual choices, etc.

I am just sick that a young man with so much talent lost his life in such a horrific way and that his family has to sit through this. Bottom line, I think this transcends religious beliefs for all of us....

Why would they look at and delete photos when Travis was trying to take a shower? They'd look at it AFTER the shower when he's dressed. What's the big deal about deleting it right then and there?

I sincerely doubt that they "traded" passwords. Based on her methodology, she somehow spied on or figured out Travis's password.....She was obsessed.

This is a death qualified jury and some of the questions have been about how Jodi's actions directly affected Travis' family. After victim impact statements are read, I think it very possible they'll vote for death.

If she doesn't get the death penalty I will never watch/follow another trial again because I will have no faith in my fellow man/woman.

I don't remember the exact question, but I remember I didn't understand the question either.
I hope the video is posted so we can reqind...cause it was like she was asking about something pertaining to Travis...and she was going to make it about herself. Or, in my current fog, that's how I remember it. lol

Sometimes questions are asked, not from having doubt, but to observe how they will be answered; to see if truth will be spoken, or if there will be an effort to lie.

True ... BUT they should have it figured out by now she is a SERIAL LIAR !

Mr. Martinez clearly proved this over and over again ...

:seeya:

Know what's funny? She thinks she's a decent person. Probably even a good person.

ha ha ha ha.

Okay not really funny.

Yeah, she just "loves everyone" :what:

Yeah, but one hundred questions is a huge number of questions for just a few jurors.

Not if they're like us.

Why are your memory lapses so convenient for you, but inconvenient for Travis?
How long did it take to delete the pictures?
Why did you put the camera in the washer?
Where is the knife you dropped?
How long was it?
What shape was it?
Did you like the way the handle felt in your hand as you were plunging it into his body?
How many times did you cut his hands when he was trying to protect himself from you?
Could you please show us how you were holding it when you slit his throat?
And when you dropped it?
Where is the gun?
Where did he keep his ammunition for it?
How did you release the safety on it before shooting him through the head?
How many times did you pull the trigger?
What is your understanding of where Travis got the gun you used to shoot him with?
Was it registered?
To whom?
When did Travis use it?
Was Travis an active shooter?
What color was the gun?
What color was the holster?
How heavy was it?
Did it feel good in your hand?

These are but a few of mine.

I'm in the stall hearing dragon lady out there blabbing aboit the families and JAs mom in here right now- stupid chick

Are the two families able to avoid each other? I've often wondered if they bump into each other around the courthouse.

We are back LIVE!

Are aspirins good for a heart attack? Do you have any?

I was on another tab, toggled back here, saw you're "We're on" post on a back pg - that I thought was a CURRENT page, and almost lost it.
Whew - glad I didn't really miss any, but I may be impaired this afternoon from the scare. lol
