If it were me, I would never allow them to change my appearance. I think the most flattering shot of her is the myspace one. Thats what I would look like everyday. They don't have her looking innocent and child like, they have her looking very odd.

I would never play that game

I agree. People seem to respond more favorably to attractive people, generally speaking. Maybe she would have elicited more sympathy if she played up her looks rather than making an effort to look homely. I think she looks more homicidal the way she is right now. IMO, JMO

My juror ?:
Is Mr. Nurmi appointed or did you pay him? If you paid him have you asked for a refund? Are you familiar with the procedure used to claim Ineffective Assistance of Counsel?

Gotta leave now, but first....I gotta load up the car with my full gas cans.

I'm a certified WC expert in CA and I'm telling you, the jury isn't buying it because they know that this explanation is blatently false.

I totally concur with this. I work in claims, though not specifically WC - and know for a fact she's lying about this. Just doesn't work that way.

I appreciate the concern that Mormons might not like the sexual escapades of Jody and Travis, but I honestly cannot see that as a real concern regarding their ability to see the facts for what they are. Honestly. I think most Mormons would just be so sad at this tragedy. Even though he did not live church doctrine, my view would be that any Mormon juror would just feel so sad he didn't get to continue his life so that he could continue with the good choices he was obviously trying to make. Hope I am saying this right. Bottom line - I am very dedicated to my faith and I just really love Travis and feel so sick at what he experienced. I don't have any judgement at all as to what he did or didn't do as far as the church. And, for those who don't like the pro-victim stance, I honestly don't care what Jodi did or didn't do either. None of my business why she joined or what she did. If she hadn't murdered Travis, I wouldn't think anything less of her for her sexual choices, etc.

I am just sick that a young man with so much talent lost his life in such a horrific way and that his family has to sit through this. Bottom line, I think this transcends religious beliefs for all of us....

MA, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your perspective and wisdom. Thank you for being part of this community and helping us see this situation from a different vantage point.

i hope the jury gets to see the interrogation video where she says she just needed to move on when questioned about why she hurt travis/killed travis. Its like in order to move on he had to be dead.

Do you feel the guys that cheated on you cheated on you because you were too controlling???

did they cheat on you because you were controlling, brilliant

of course she is going to lie here

The way Jodi describes herself, she is perfect and everyone else isn't.

I think the juror question about "law of attraction and recording phone sex calls' was hysterically funny - what sarcasm.

The cool, calm way she is answering these questions gives me a mental image of her talking like this to Travis telling him exactlly why she is doing this each time she thrust the knife into him. I think it was done deliberately with no fear and no regrets. She felt like she had a right to end his life because he had turned away from her.

Do you feel the men in your life cheated on you because you are controlling? LOL

The lack of domestic violence and pedophile questions speaks volumes. They don't believe it. IMO
