You always phrase thing so well. I admire your ability to get your point across with a few well chosen words.
But, I also can't see you attacking another poster and saying that it came from your son. I also didn't think that we were supposed to personalize posts here and announce what other posters (by name) allows their children to do or not do. But, perhaps I am wrong.

For some reason that doesn't surprise me about Jean C, as she comes across as somewhat of a dingbat with a lack of common sense and good practical judgment. Imo of course. Just have really not trusted her opinions most of the time, especially on cases such as this. Sad, especially concerning her education.
None of the talking heads are talking about my number one gotcha remark, so I'm wondering if I am mistaken.
When Arias was talking about the period of her fog, its convenient borders, and how it is a memory issue of it's own, unique, etc, her attorney was trying to stop her. He was talking over her, reminding her that she can't remember, and she turned to the judge and said exactly this, "I can remember emotions, Judge."
She was talking about whether she was experiencing fear or anger when running from Travis (I think).
I think this is huge because if she can remember EMOTIONS from her fog period, then Juan can zero in on that, saying, "First you told us you felt fear in a flashback to the time he grabbed your wrist. Then what do you remember feeling?...... Was there sadness, fear of being caught....
Did any of you notice this?
In fairness, I think it depends on the kid. Mine happens to be very interested in the justice system. I support his interests in any way I can.
I don't mind him watching because I need him to know what can happen when you don't go with your instincts ... And choosing instead to listen to biological urges.
I recognize all kids are different. I would never say to someone that they should have their kid watch this trial.

One shot would probably attract attention of the neighbors like "what was that?" A second shot would confirm it was gunfire.
That's IT??? Wow... why/how does hellinor :rocker: have a list posted here topping 140?
Thank you, I appreciate that. It's largely due to editing and pausing before I post and reminding myself that if I don't filter I'll get a T/O. :blushing:
YOUR posts have never, ever been 3rd hand through your child. That's so passive aggressive. YOUR posts have said what your child thought/pondered/said... etc. but your posts have never used your child to speak for you and your thoughts/ideas/etc. BIG diff. IMO
There was no offense taken. I'm old enough to know that not everyone in the world is going to like me or things I do. So criticism doesn't bother me in the least. I do take a tiny bit of umbrage at saying it had nothing to do with trial.
They are actual trial testimony.
You're absolutely correct! I was a tad stunned to be personally named in a post and used like a piece of soiled toilet paper![]()

And for some reason he owed that babysitter lots of money??? What was with that?
I don't want to lay this all at my dd's feet. I just thought her reaction was interesting since it was entirely unjaded. As a member, I feel the same way as she does for the most part. What's perceived as humor on these threads I mostly don't get at all.
I SO wish that I could have that talent!![]()
Wow! Your art is beautiful! I admired it before, but now that you tell us it's one of your own - I REALLY admire it! Very beautiful and realistic!
BTW--anybody else now get sick at the song "Oh Holy Night"????
