100 questions from the jury: Arias answering on her 16th day on the stand #75

Someone made a great point on here last night... the question about treatment for her mental condition... are they referencing PTSD? She really messed up by answering that question no, regardless of what mental condition they meant. imo

That is so sad. And to see JA laying there sleeping. I swear that monster is a narcoleptic. Her travels and stories always include sleeping - wherever she goes she sleeps. ie, when he was on a date with Mimi she fell asleep while cleaning the house. WHO does that?

Who sleeps on the side of freeways? Who sleeps while your boyfriend is talking about a near death experience with dozens of people around. For one, it's rude - and two, it's very odd.

We're going to have another great day today. JA was pathetic yesterday. What a terrible liar she is. KC could teach her a thing or two for sure.

JA wasn't jealous of the Cancun trip. She was the opposite of controlling. She believed the *other* types of sex were ok because Travis allegedly told her so. No fear on June 4(that we believe). She's done, done, done.

And do not worry about the camera question. It was worded in such a way that leads me to believe it was a trick/test question.

After the judge is done questioning JA will it be Nurmis turn and then Juan's? Nurmi is going to be so slow. I can't wait for Juan to get up there and start rapid firing. Wonder if she will start sparring with him or if they told her to tone it down with him.

She gave this "they're wrong/don't remember correctly" answer about something else too...

Did she say the police officer was wrong about her hiding her laptop in the hamper?

And her DV expert is wrong in saying Jodi told her she saw Travis looking at kiddie pics on the computer and her PTSD expert is wrong in saying Jodi said she only had anal sex with Travis

Thanks everyone for posting the questions asked of Ms. Arias and her self serving answers.

Seems to me it should have been obvious to her lawyers and herself that the jury was't buying the bs flying out of her. And throwing in new injuries and the same old same old in her answers to the jury isn't going to help. If anything, they will lower their view of her because those were their questions which they wanted the truth for, not a parrot answer. Seems to me she has messed this up badly even though she had plenty of time to ponder the answers. It also seems obvious to me that the prosecutor helped to paint her into a smaller corner and she didn't have much choice but to repeat the same old same old. Me thinks she is in trouble with this jury at this point.

she DOES talk about napping and sleeping a lot. IMO, it's just a convenient way to explain gaps in her stories.

I hypothesize that Jodi put Napoleon up in another room while she is "busy" getting the murder plan ready. I just could not believe Napoleon sitting allow her to harm Travis!!

I believe she came in and put the gate up. Travis thought the dog was barking because the friend was leaving.

I am not 100% on board with the fact she was with TA at 4 am. I find myself thinking, believing that she was there looking through the window at 4 am but TA didn't get to see her until the next day after the roommate left.

At this point, I am only sure that TA is gone and JA did the deed. The rest of the story I am sure JA will fill us in on as the rest of the questions are asked.

I am wondering if the ankle injuries are from when she supposedly woke up in the desert. I mean when the fog lifted and she realized she had a lot of stuff to get rid of. Did she walk aways into the desert and start getting rid of stuff? Wondering if she took the socks off, does she only have shoes on, so the ankle scratches.

Lets face it, every question brings up new information to explain away old. Now she has a shoulder injury that NOT ONE time during testimony did she say anything about the shoulder. Not once. She had a chance TWICE when her attny led her through the day. And then, when JM asked her questions about her injuries, this supposed body slam knocking the wind out of her. We had a recreation of the supposed body slam, and not once did she say anything about the shoulder. And she said plenty during her attny's turn. She rambled on forever with each and every question.

And I remember one day of her loooong direct testimony where she said there was only one time there was 'physical' abuse. Her attny reminded her that was before such and such riiiiight? Then shed remember the script and oh yeah, that time he grabbed my wrist!
This grew and grew to suddenly being choked unconscious!
That one came out during her testimony about the murder. She remembered and broke off to say that he'd done that before so she thought of THAT time.
She knew she had to somehow up the 'fear' factor' yet there is nothing in her persona that remotely eludes to fear of anything!


After yesterday, I believe she will come up with even more 'bad Travis' if she's heard any negative feedback about her performance!

Wonder what questions the jury will have for the experts as well. It appears that they aren't buying the dv aspect of this, so it will be interesting what types of questions the dv will get. If there are only a few will that mean they don't believe it or if there are a lot like for JA, are they trying to buy the dv aspect.

I thought someone here had an intriguing theory on Jodi becoming Travis' 'dirty little secret'. The idea was that it was because all his friends were open about the fact that they didn't like her (with reason), Travis decided to keep things on the down low. Not for more sinister reasons that the DT would want us to believe.

I want to think that myself, especially with the question that followed, haha. But I dont understand how that question was allowed? Surely it must be more relevant to the case? Lol

Think one of my favourite parts was when she accidentally started describing her feelings as she was stabbing him. Oops. Juan: "Objection, she testified she doesn't remember stabbing him, if she remembers she should tell us." Hahaha <3

Bored with 20 other people in the room listening to a story that wasn't all about her, yes indeed. But she did listen, she gave him his worst nightmare, even though he was most likely already dead when she shot him. I wonder how she can stone face believe that she will be forgiven in the afterlife...
