Many pedophiles are married and have children of their own (Sandusky, for example). However, there has been no evidence to suipport that Travis was a pedophile.

Sandusky had adopted children and foster children. Yes he was married later down the road.

I guess my clarification was not there.. The majority/ave pedophile are not married and not attracted to women. They are sexually attracted to children whether male or female. Their whole focus and life energy is children "the love of children" so they say. Oh gross.

Travis would not be focused on dating adult women, and his sexual escapades with Jodi being a full blown (on the ave.) pedophile. That where I was attempting to acknowledge in my post.

Not sure but I will try and hear it back, but she stated that the estabilshment was a small family run business that could not afford insurance.

She may have said it was a small family-run business but that wouldn't be true since there are 13 locations. Here is some of the history:

In 1997 Marco Ramos began his own enterprise with a little restaurant in Yreka, California called Casa Ramos. The Casa Ramos name stands for the "House of Ramos" where all are welcome to enjoy the warm hospitality of Marco Ramos and his family. The popularity of this little place took off fast and furious, forcing Marco to move to a much larger and more accommodating location in Yreka.

Many of Marco's customers strongly suggested that he expand his operation. Soon after, he opened his second restaurant in beautiful Mt. Shasta. He continued to open new locations throughout Northern California.

That was 1997 so I imagine that by 2005+ he had established many of the locations that currently exist. In order to find out if Casa Ramos had more than one location in 2006 - 2008 I looked them up on Yelp to see if there were any comments about the establishment.

I just want to preface what I'm about to write by saying that I do not intend to blame the victim.

Travis Alexander did not deserve to die, but he was recorded on audio saying that 12-year old girls arouse him. And it's pretty clear that he was, with all due respect, kind of a creep towards women.

I just feel like the coverage of this case is so black in white, painting Travis as a saint and Jodi as the devil itself.

To be clear: I believe that Jodi Arias should be locked up forever and have the key thrown away. Travis Alexander did not deserve to die, he did not deserve to be stalked. She mutilated him. I find it incredibly hard to believe that she killed him in self-defense.

But I do believe that Jodi is telling the truth about his pedophilia and abuse, based on the evidence. Just because he was also attracted to full-grown women does not make him less of a pedophile. The victim was obviously not some kind of angel or saint. Can we stop portraying him as one? It is demeaning to abuse victims everywhere to minimize the danger of pedophilia.

Is there any room for someone with my opinion on this forum? Everyone is baying for blood >>

The only accusations have come from the mouth of someone whose first reaction to everything seems to be to lie, an inveterate liar, to family to friends and to law enforcement. Even she is not laying this alleged story on thickly - she claims she saw just one alleged picture which allegedly wafted down in typical style to land perfectly at her alleged feet. She knew nothing was on his computer so paper it had to be.

Not a single person has come forward to bolster JA's claim, and no computer expert that we've heard from found a shred of evidence on his computer. Yes there is room for a variety of opinions, and I welcome them based on evidence.

Single or with few friends in his age group.

He is often vague about time gaps in employment which may indicate a loss in employment for questionable reasons or possible past incarceration.

You weren't talking about Jodi, I know, but therein lies the problem - she accuses him of being a pedophile and gets on the stand pretending to be so concerned about this issue. If the defense could provide one believable person to say TA was a pedophile my critical thinking would be greatly increased. However, there is no one to this point. Claiming it doesn't make it so.

I thought she appeared to be rather pleased with her performance yesterday. She acted like she was some starlet at a press conference. I don't think she got the fact that she was being mocked. She was "holding court". Smiling with dimples and all. I imagine the jurors felt frustrated by the questions not being clarified in some instances... on the other hand ... The questions (IMO) were more pointed and confrontational than those posed by JM. If she is as smart as everyone claims she is ... Why not take advantage of the fact that she can say "I don't understand the question" ... and move on to the next?

I did think TA's family looked to be getting a small measure of satisfaction from the juror questions.

IMO and I've said this before, Arias is far more tech savvy than she's leading us to believe. I stand by my statement before that this monster knows to how to use proxy servers, spoof email addresses, change the timestamps on photos, and install keylogging software.

The ONLY reason that she left the memory card in the camera was because she FORGOT to remove it in her haste to get the heck of our Travis' house. She had limited time to clean up the scene before Enrique came home from work.

The whole story about the scratched CDs is a crock as well as anybody that's been taking photos and trying to make a living at it would protect those CD(s) with some form of jacket or sleeve.

In Arias' fable, every tech device she touches either gets lost or breaks down, i.e. hard drive failure, lost cameras, cell phones in hot chocolate, etc. I've been in the systems business for 30+ years and only had one hard drive failure from which I was able to recover the lost data. I'd like to hear JM ask her about the sequence of phones in her time with Travis, month-by-month. Which phone did she have and when ? There are so many lies embedded deep in her story it would take an army of investigators to unravel them.

Fortunately for us, the monster speaks English and is contradicting herself at every twist and turn.

Actually, I don't this is evidence of anything like that. If I'm remembering correctly, Jodi Arias was the one who first invoked the "12 year old school girl" imagery in one of her texts to TA. Paraphrasing "you make me feel like a dirty little 12 year old school girl." I'm not a aficionado by any means but my understanding is that it's a fairly common fantasy in that realm. Engaging in that fantasy isn't confirmation that someone is a pedophile. Pedophilia is the condition in which a persons primary sexual attraction is toward *actual* children. Not grown women dressed up in plaid skirts, pigtails and knee highs.

Do you have a link for that? That is not what I heard at all and a gross miss-characterization of what I heard.

Did you also catch the part of the tape where Travis admits he had never self pleasured before meeting her? I felt even before hearing that, that JA introduced, or rather seduced him into the world of SM and role playing. I heard a man trying hard to play the game because he felt it turned her on.

The only 'evidence' for the claim of pedophilia is the word of a verified liar (by her own admission, I might add) and the same with the abuse. The only way to extract abuse, is to chop up and take out of content words to create the illusion.

Second bold - saying that there is no evidence of pedophilia on the part of the victim is NOT minimizing the horror of pedophilia. Lying about it when it didn't exist does though. And on behalf of all of us whom have been truly abused or had a child abused - the twisting (I am being nice - it is lies, IMHO) of domestic violence to fit a defense to save your hide is in itself like re-abusing all whom have ever been violated by abuse.

Third bold - jodi already did that - except I would replace your word baying with slaying.

Okay, first of all: I am a survivor of abuse myself. I agree that if Jodi Arias is lying, she's demeaning all abuse survivors everywhere, that makes me angry.

Second: I am not saying that we should judge Travis to be a pedophile based on one comment he made.

I am saying that that comment he made could corroborate Jodi's testimony that he exhibited signs of pedophilia.

I am saying it is possible and that instead of immediately condemning her to death we, as 'web sleuths' SHOULD be examining every possibility. I thought that's what this site was about. not about rage.

Remember, there was no found in his home and no websites were ever visited on his computer. If you were to believe her story, then there should be all kinds of evidence found at his home.

I saw it as, at around 12 years old most boys are starting to experiment with masturbation & have their first orgasm. Therefore, TA assumed girls were also. Just before hitting those teenage years of lots & lots of hormones flooding through your body.

When you question a suspect in a crime, or interview a witness, there are many small things to look for. One is the inability for them to say a certain word...Not even a curse word or a sexual word, just a WORD that might have descriptive properties. They can't do it. This is what gives you additional information when you walk away, you now look deeper at this person as they are possibly hiding something.

I wish someone would ask her if the remote that got in her luggage *by mistake and the reason for the back-tracking to Darryl's house is the remote for a stolen DVD player from Grandpa's house.

And you are right, someone should ask why the defense team doesn't have someone out looking for Travis' (cough) gun that would solve everything. Only Jodi can tell them where she threw it and she knows...

I will put my broken record on and then leave it. NO ONE has painted him as an angel. or a saint. He was flawed like the rest of us. Most peoplr here get that and don't bother wasting time rehashing them when they don't matter anymore. He's gone. He was no different than any of us. Not everyone liks him....but we want justice because personal views of a person don't matter in a crime.

I find Jodi's LIES of pedophila and abuse to be disgusting and insulting to to survivors of abuse and sexual abuse-including myself. To paint an innocent man as such vile things is abhorrant and beyond disgusting. Her testibaloney alone does not paint the picture of an abused person. If anyone has any evidence of such abuse, please let JM know. There were no images found, no outside evidence at all that he was a pedophile or an abuser. NONE. To even believe her lies about this slaps right in the face of true abuse survivors.

1) On 3/6/2013, Jodi said gun was not in a holster, though Travis did have a holster. Previously, she told the court that the gun was in a holster when she grabbed it.

2) On Day 25 cross, Jodi told the Prosecutor that she was able to step on the closet shelf and grab the gun with her right hand, without using her left hand to pull herself up to the top shelf. On 3/6/2013 during jury questions, she said she grabbed the shelf with her left hand and grabbed the gun with her right hand.

On Day 27 she states that the gun was in a holster, yet on Day 28 she explains that the gun was not in a holster, though she knew he had one.
