To be fair, I use it, at least once a month or so. It's a good word. I learned it in law school....it's pretty standard legalese. I'm sure she picked it up from one of her lawyers somewhere along the line, or maybe in the jail law library during the brief period she was representing herself.

It's just one more of her stupid affectations.

Why use a 6 syllable word as a substitute for a 2 syllables? A waste of energy. "Same time" works for me...unless I am charging by the syllable!

This is getting SO GOOD!! I have an MRI today at 4:15 and I'm going to do my best to get headphones (going in feet first). I am addicted. I can admit that.
