You would think defense (since they had 5 years to pull this together) would have looked at the evidence closely to help support her story. This does not help her one bit. Defense never checked with Walmart? I find that hard to believe. They were hoping she was telling the truth. Makes her team look really bad for not trying to keep some of these things out or at least do damage control by not making such a big deal of it while questioning her. All they have done is highlight that she is, in fact, a liar and can't be trusted to tell her own team the truth. jmo

I'm not sure her lawyers were unaware of these issues. Would have been one of those let's ignore it and hope the Prosecutor doesn't figure it out. No way for the defense team to lightly mention it and paint over it. From some of her answers to questions it seems obvious to me Nurmi and Wilmott do not have sufficient control of their client.

But there is no court on Monday and Tuesday, so have to wait til Wednesday.
I don't know why there is no cout Mon/Tues. Andyone know?

If you think they are open 24 hours a day except on Sunday, why do they close at 1am on Saturday? I think people are reading the hours correctly. Example...They open Monday's at 6am and close at 1am on Tuesday's. They then re-open at 6am on Tuesday etc. In other words, they are open for 19 hours a day, except on Sunday when they are closed.

Hope PT can verify these hours were the same in June 2008. That would lock her down

I just read a couple of the jurors have other commitments they have to attend to on Monday and Tuesday.

They have to scan the item back into the system...either for return to vendor or return to stock. That's how they keep track of inventory.

And I have NEVER had WalMart give me cash without a receipt. Store credit only. When they give cash, they mark the item off the receipt and give the receipt back to you.

THe one thing I am still not comfortable about. Say she planned this murder to the T. Running silent with plenty of alibis. Then she gets to the house and leaves her DNA (hair and the rest) and evidence all over the place. Turns the place into an evidence treasure chest. I think she does suffer from some sort of rage 'black out' problem.

Simple: he narcissism had her believing she was going to be able to get it done in a jiffy in the shower ( in her mind) and she would be out of there with no trace

I'd also remind the other jurors of her own quote, "If I had done this to Travis, I'd beg for the death penalty."
