THe one thing I am still not comfortable about. Say she planned this murder to the T. Running silent with plenty of alibis. Then she gets to the house and leaves her DNA (hair and the rest) and evidence all over the place. Turns the place into an evidence treasure chest. I think she does suffer from some sort of rage 'black out' problem.

Perhaps the self defense didn't go as smoothly as she had planned. She also had to be out of there ASAP, before a roommate returned.

I like the fact that JM ended the day with the 3 v. 2 gas can item. JA seemed rattled and stuck to her guns about returning that 3rd gas can to Walmart.

Shouldn't the DT know every single movement and transaction this psycho made the entire week before, and after, the killing?

Seems to me that the DT blew it by not factoring in the bank statement transactions. At the very least, JA could have claimed that she filled the car then gas cans...got in the car and realized that the car was not full and added more gas to the car to top it off.

I'm learning how to lie better just from watching this slug.

You would think defense (since they had 5 years to pull this together) would have looked at the evidence closely to help support her story. This does not help her one bit. Defense never checked with Walmart? I find that hard to believe. They were hoping she was telling the truth. Makes her team look really bad for not trying to keep some of these things out or at least do damage control by not making such a big deal of it while questioning her. All they have done is highlight that she is, in fact, a liar and can't be trusted to tell her own team the truth. jmo

Radar Online is wrong about who was taping this. At one point in the video the person taping it turns the camera on himself and makes a comment, and one time in the video JA can be seen running from left of the screen to right, then near the end she can be seen standing still taking still photos.

I liked NG but this is a big reason I stopped watching. It's as if it's "Whisper down the lane." Someone on her staff, tells someone on her staff who tells someone on her staff who tells her. Losing much of the information along the way. I just don't get it. It amounts to spreading misinformation when they, above all others should get it right the first time. I just don't get it???? jmo

Why doesn't Nancy Grace sit inside the courtroom and get all her information directly? I don't understand! She used to be real good many years ago but now her show is just blah.

this is totally confusing me,i read it as open monday 6am closed tuesday 1am and so forth.

24hour store around here don't even display opening times apart from at christmas/new year holidays since they are 24 hour stores.

you know even if the were closed at that time she would STILL try and lie and come up with something

Again, those are holidays, we have many 24 hour stores that close Sunday on a regular basis.

If it wasnt 24 hours it would say open Mon through saturday 6 AM to 1 AM.
but it says 'Hours are 6 am Monday through Saturday until 1 am.' Meaning they open at 6AM on Monday and don not close until Saturday at 1 AM (really Sunday, but again, they are counting the last hour as Saturday). Make more sense?

Sorry to beat this to a pulp but someone here answered my previous post about the gas can vs. kerosene can. This ties into a Naricissist embedding a bit of the truth in their lies. She is adamant that she returned the can. I think she did. She mistakenly bought a kerosene can, realized she couldn't put the gas in it or was told that at the gas station and returned it. No paperwork because she exchanged it for a red gas can. I have been allowed to swap out an item when the person at the Customer Svc desk wasn't feeling too energetic. If the price was the same they may have just let is slide.
"Just exchange it." kind of thing. Waving her on, no biggie.
Her cunning message is "Yes, I did return it." She's just not telling that she exchanged it for the red gas can. She's slick.

JA would claim he was tugging at that poor girl's arm extremely hard when they were going in circles. That girl is probably not the same to this day. Big mean, Travis getting rough with her.

I'm actually surprised JA didn't appear in the video - jumping in between Travis and that girl. But, then again, according to the pyscho that girl was safe since she was not a little boy.

It is heartbreaking to see anyone just having fun like this knowing how things turned out for the poor guy.

I agree, however using that same analogy, the same can be said about Jodi, I do not see an evil murderess in that video either. I would like to know the date of said video and BTW it is not new but Radar states it is new, we looked at it here months ago.

For some reason, the way she RACED to get the camera with her hair flying kinda creeped me out. It's as if she was desperate to not miss a moment to 'memorialize' TA doing things. It seemed oddly desperate to me and gave me a chilly moment. I think this chick is so far off the obsessed chart it's scary.
