I'm not going to argue with you. I told you what I think. We'll see what happens. I'm not really invested in being right - I just want to see evidence.

I asked you some fair questions, curious as to your answers. Sorry you saw it otherwise. I thought this was a discussion and a debate.

I still don't know what you mean by evidence. What makes it okay, in the end. And that is what I was asking.

Were Travis' siblings aware of Jodi in his life?

  • #924
They got him. He has to tell the truth, no more Jodi lying and her so called friends. He doesn't have a choice. It's called snitching or whatever to lower the charge you have against you. love it. At least I hope JM is the man of my dreams in court. (only court)

You guys do realize I will forever be edified (word?) if he's not right. Edify means to me to edit. To de-edify means not to edit? Yes, I've looked it up...

Yep. Matt the Loyal is going to be the true bombshell in this case. Jodi is going to regret that she ever trusted in him. Just another man who did her wrong.

Matt, or someone posing as him on the Jodi is Innocent site, stated that he saw Jodi's broken finger and purple bruises on her neck. If you read Jodi's alleged responses to Matt, you can see slimy Jodi trying to manipulate Matt into "rescuing" her from Travis. Jodi allegedly told Matt that she COULDN'T leave Travis because he wouldn't let her. She showed Matt her neck bruises and broken finger to prove she was an abused prisoner of Travis.

It appears that Jodi was trying to manipulate Matt to hate Travis. Maybe she wanted to manipulate Matt to kill Travis. Since Travis wouldn't let Jodi go and was endangering her life (bruises on her neck), a dumb man might want to "rescue" poor defenseless Jodi. Jodi would bruise her own neck and finger to manipulate someone to reach her end goal (Travis dead).

You made a lot of statements and I responded to the statements. How is this bad for dialogue? :waitasec: At this point, though, I quit, since you refuse to substantiate your position.

He brought up Matt's name earlier on cross and then dropped it like a hot potato and went off on to the secret coded mags, then again later on cross he brought up Matt and dropped it just as quick, then again today. I think Wednesday he is going to drop a bombshell, and it will involve Matt and just how far he will or won't go for Jodi, and I don't think she is going to like the outcome. JMHO! :great:

JM wants to torment JA (just like she tormented Travis)... It must be something big, and that's why he keeps dangling it over her head... (He want get the "biggest bang for his buck" that he can!) ...he's blasting away at her false security and knocking the foundation of her defense out from under her...slowly chiseling it away... Slow and steady...all the while slipping her subtle clues that her whole world is about to come undone... And JA is wondering, what he knows and doesn't know..until this afternoon I think she still may have thought she could pull this off... But now she must be worried...I can't wait until next week!

Anyone else tired of the way Nurmi objects with a tone of voice as if he is annoyed at such a question even being asked?

And he'll be bahk. He's the Nurminator...

Wait a minute....how did I do this? Wasn't that like a week ago? ;) And what else can I blame on you? My current state of chubbiness? Please and thank you! :great:

I was wondering if it was someone posing as him too... I thought it was written more like a girl trying to write like a guy...

I posted the posts on here b/c I was interested in knowing what you guys thought about it... When I read it I thought it was Jodi scrambling (manipulating her sister or someone) to make it look like she had people willing to vouch for her character, when in reality she doesn't... (with the exception of a couple of whack jobs like that Brian guy, and the woman (felon) who has "known her since" high school)

IMO, Nurmi is doing the best he can. I want Jodi to have a strong defense team. I want them to be as legally ruthless as they can be. It'd be a real shame to have another trial because of inadequate counsel or mistrial.

When Jodi called Matt pretending to be suicidal and asking for his gun, she might have been hoping this would manipulate Matt into killing Travis for her. She told Matt all those lies and faked injuries for some reason. Hmmm.

Alrighty then, asked and answered. I concede.

But I didn't update that I changed the hairdo right in the courtroom where I put it in a stupid ponytail which, sadly, I can only blame myself for. :blushing:

Wow...that's a good theory.

Give her LWOP or appeal as that way the state of AZ taxpayers won't have to pay for her appealate filings & court year after year. Death row, we have a guy who isn't dead due to the DP after 30 years. Check out your state and see how quick DP prisoners are actually put to death. It isn't eye for an eye process. It's long and drawn out due to civil rights and laws.

LWOP, no appeals.

yes the funeral was in riverside and she didn't go to that

But didn't she say she wanted to but had some car trouble or something and couldn't make it, right?

Wow. Very interesting and I agree that it is possible that is what she may have been trying to do.

I think the finger and maybe even marks on her neck may have just been physical sex play. It sounds like they had some wild times and I could see it being accidental during sex play. Then she twists it to something else for another purpose.

Conceding and apologizing are two totally different things. :snooty: Don't forget to apologize for calling me a Royal Scam either.

Wow...you're worse than a girl keeping score. (apologies to the girls on the board, including myself ;) ) Or is this your way of flirting? If that's the case then ...game on. ;)

Ok let me find a way to get this on topic.

I am watching or rather rewatching testimony right now and it's mystifying to me that Nurmi finds this "destressing" with sex some kind of help to his client. Um...isn't that kind of the point of an orgasm? To release some tension? If that's considered "deviant" color me FREAKY! :waitasec::blushing::truce::great:
