You gotta be kidding me. Another change? Wasn't it 8:30 then 2:30 and now 11:57
<INSERT MEGA EYE ROLLING ICON HERE>

No, that would be ridiculous n/t.

It was 2:30, then 8:30, and now apparently it's 11:57 (for now).

I wonder if there was more than one call. I'm just about done with any time line info that doesn't include sources (doesn't have to be a name, but at least a confirmation of how the source is generally connected to the case, and the fact that the station reporting the change has verified the source).

here we go again.

i wish it was anyone other than MK that reported this. she has very little credibility so far in this case IMO.

she did, however, play the video of DB talking about the restricted service in this segment. so later when the video hits the internet we can hear it out of db's own mouth.

another thought: in this segment on fox they mentioned that when you attempt to make a phone call with restricted service, you get redirected to the company help center. perhaps the phone call did go to the help center? maybe it never rang on MW's phone at all? it is possible. just thinking out loud here.

MKelly: confirming to America Live a major change to the timeline. has to do w/time of call---placed much later that night: @11:57 PM
At this point, I'm thinking: Timeline? LOLERSKATES.

It seems pretty clear that LE has the only relevant time line - at least I pray they do!

JMHO

As NG would say.... "Whoa whoa whoa whoa!!"

What time did MW say she got the phone back?

Well to be fair here it wouldn't surprise me that LE gave mis-information to MW and in public statement just to see how they responded. I think the 2:30 timeline was first reported and it was the MW interview that she mentioned LE asked her about an 8:30pm phone call. I just believe all the different phone times is LE investigating who's telling the truth about what.

Oh, I got ya'. LE asks each phone participant about a call at a different time than the known time and see where the cookies crumble...

Loaned from the phone company?

I'm not too familiar with it, do phone companies do that? Give someone a loaner phone with their same phone number when their account is restricted?

annalia, I believe the couple's family (DB's father?) loaned them a phone since their two were on restricted service due to nonpayment.

Didnt a fam member loan them a working phone?
Im wondering if it was loaned for service?
Has it been stated it was D or J personal nums that were called from or one from w in the home?
Are we to assume it was D or J nums?
Im thinking and asking out side the box.
If you owe a company money for service they arent going to loan you a working phone. And if they do I need to get in on that, lol.

If it was DB's father's phone, wouldn't it be a different phone number than the Irwin's phones?

Gee I dunno now, I assumed that if they saw the call that was placed to MW's phone, it was the phone number of the Irwin's phone.

Yep, wouldn't surprise me at all. What better way to determine who's being truthful in their statements.

Yes.
PER MW, the call was from one of the family phones.
It could have been the loaner working service phone.

Interesting thought. I can see LE doing something like that. First asking Megan who she talked to at 8:30 pm who is connected to the Irwin home? Megan claims it couldn't be her, she knows no one associated with the family and she didn't have her phone back until 11:30! Then, bam, LE tells her the call was really at 11:57 p.m. Ut oh....

I don't think that's the case here, but it might be. Interesting possibility.

p.s. I don't believe anyone ever told Megan 2:30 and she never stated it was 2:30. It was the talking heads who mentioned that time after Megan's first interview (Megan mentioned no time at all). I think the talking heads and case followers assumed 2:30 because of the long-floating rumor of a mystery 2:30 text or phone call. JMO...

Right, but if we are to believe anything, she only knows it came from one of their phones because someone told her this (LE) since she personally didn't know them. How do we know LE told her accurate information?

OH MY GOODNESS!! wth! I know that MW said in her interview [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IiZ4Nknhk_o&feature=share"]Woman wants name cleared in Irwin case - YouTube[/ame] at 142 that D received a call from a detective either THAT NIGHT or the NEXT DAY. Which, again seems odd that he had her phone for that length of time no? As an acquaintance? wow

SURPRISE, SURPRISE ... another change in the Timeline ...

:waitasec: Version # 6,998

MOO ...

MW: confims changes to timeline in BL's Case-

11:57 PM: call from DB's phone to MW's cell
12:15 AM: neighbors (couple) see man w/baby

-Jersey? - cops say questioned Jersey and moved on

MW confirms?? Did the LE call her up (oops no phone) or find her to tell her she was giving out the wrong time? That it wasn't 8:30 but now 11:57??

M Kelly: DB's phone called MW's phone at 11:37 PM

Mark Fuhrman: ...now DB has shown that she wanted to distance herself from the phone call. If 11:57, this is the period of time that Deb is drunk, maybe "blacked out..."
