In an application for for a job, he gave his address as "4000, Paces ferry Rd". We know the Ramseys lived at "4070 Paces Ferry Rd". I don't know if he did stay at that address, but if he had an obsession with the Ramseys/Ramsey case, he may have lied about his address - giving a reounded version of the Ramsey's OR he maybe rented that house to get close to the Ramseys,

Yes, there were JBean, I saw that discussed on Dateline last night, and it was pointed out that the Ramseys were not movie-goers, so they wouldn't have been familiar with the movie catch lines in the ransom note, and especially from those types of movie.

They mightn't have been 'movie goers' but they liked movies enough to have a home theatre, not to mention the framed paintings in the basement.
