With all due respect, while I understand the need for information, there are other small children in the home. I don't blame them one bit for trying to put up some type of protective barrier in place. If they are innocent, I am sure they want their baby back and are following the advise of people more experienced with media relations than they are. It sounds to me like they are realizing that the media is more interested in salacious stories and cornering the parents rather than finding the child.

National media will be far more capable of getting the story out, IMO.

It is a tough call, but I don't see how harrassment will do any good in finding the child. If they are guilty, harrassment won't help. Good detective work on the part of LE will. As a community, we need to allow them to do their jobs, cover the story and get the word out that Lisa is missing.

Im sorry in tha middle that the media is driving the neighbors nuts. There needs to be some kind of middle ground. The family really needs to utilize ALL the media outlets they can get. Local or national MOO

This I totally agree. I just am trying to get people to get the image of what this family sees. I don't know if they did this or not, but the LOCAL media is in itself to blame for the mess they created also. I wouldn't talk to them either with the way they have been acting. Remember all the ruckus THEY created by the non stories about her 'checkered' past and the 'unknown man that was not her husband'? They knew she did not have a 'checkered' past and they know who the man was as soon as they saw the video - they have talked to him before this!
