MAYBE it was a zip-up jacket that he didn't have zipped at all. So when standing in front of someone that person would see the front of a white t-shirt, but there is actually a red jacket as well.

It aligns exactly with what she's said in the media, down to her telling her friend to come back inside.

Well the 911 caller claimed the guy in white t-shirt was on top. So they would be looking at the guy's back from their window.

Certain aspects, such as the shoving, would be hearsay. Martin describing what's going on would not. Present sense impressions would be the most relevant exception to the hearsay rule.

Hearsay is also not excluded from the grand jury proceedings, although it will not be allowable in the actual trial.

I just wanted to put a couple things out there about what I'm thinking about this case as of now. This is all speculation on my part. Apologies if it's long.

-I now think Zimmerman AND Trayvon are heard screaming for help on the 911 call with the gunshot. I believe Trayvon is the one screaming last. (This might help to explain the neighbor named John who says he saw and heard Zimmerman was calling for help.) It's possible that after John went inside to call 911, GZ WAS calling for help at that time. I think the fight broke up and Zimmerman gained control and then shot Tray. This could also explain why Tray ended up in Mary Cutcher's backyard and not John's. The fight had to have moved. Personally I think Tray stopped beating up GZ when he heard the neighbor was going call 911 and attempted to run or walk away. He got a few steps away and I think GZ pulled his gun and went after Tray. I think he shot Tray in anger over being beat up. Plus, he just couldn't let him "get away." Tracy Martin says his son was found with his feet on the sidewalk and laying face down in the grass.

On Nancy Grace tonight, it was mentioned that there was this key item that supposedly held the answer as to why GZ shot Tray, and I think that is what they are going to say was the ultimate reason. GZ will claim that Tray said he was going to die, thus giving him the right to shoot him.

For the record, I do not believe one thing George Zimmerman says. I think he needs to be arrested immediately.

Again, all of the above is JMHO. And I hope it makes sense.

Police also noted that Zimmerman was wearing a red jacket when they arrived. So neither Zimmerman nor Trayvon were wearing a white t-shirt.

However, I think it is more likely to believe that Zimmerman had on a white shirt under his jacket, than to think Trayvon's DARK gray long-sleeved hoodie would be mistaken as white t-shirt. :twocents::moo:

Thank you but this is just a media article, I'd like to see an actual report with facts.

As self-elected neighborhood watchman GZ had two duties: observe and report. Not follow, not confront or question. I think anyone could justify a good samaritan doing more than that, if say, he saw a person being attacked - an actual crime where a person was endangered - and acted. But even by Z's OWN WORDS, he didn't see Trayvon do anything except walk in HIS neighborhood. That was enough to make him call 911. He broke with ALL the best practices of neighborhood watch.

He could have waited for the police to get there. He didn't want to wait, because like he said, "these a$$holes always get away," and he wasn't about to let Trayvon get away. He was going to be the hero who nabbed the bad guy! Why do you think, after already agreeing to meet the cops by the mailbox, he suddenly says "just have them call me and I'll tell them where I'm at?" Because he wasn't going to stay by the mailboxes, he was going to go find Trayvon, and he did.

Didn't Z say they exchanged words and then Trayvon attacked him from behind near his vehicle? Was there blood found near his vehicle? Would you exchange words with someone you found suspicious enough to call 911 over, and then turn your back to them?

The spot where they ended up only makes sense if it went down like the girlfriend said, that Trayvon was trying to get home, and Z continued to follow him.

I just listened to this tape of the 911 call where you hear the shots with headphones about 30 times. I hear a lot of terrorized screaming and some long drawn out helps then less then one second before the shot I hear this very distinct shout of help that does not sound like any of the other screaming.

Why did Zimmerman yell help less then 1 second before he pulled the trigger?
