We all heard screams on a 911 call. They come from a male. I fail to see how one would know that they come from a teenager.

So, she could hear clearly what GZ was saying to the officers about having just shot someone, but she couldn't hear Trayvon?

Replying to the person below you as well...sorry just quoted you first.

And what did she mean by "people were screaming help" then? I don't think she knows who was screaming.

Her opinion doesn't mean much and would probably be trashed as speculation in any court. It doesn't matter either way, unless she physically saw the individual yell/scream.

From her 911 call:
Caller: "I’m looking out my deck, and someone is screaming 'help,' and I don’t know. … I heard a bang. I’m looking out my window, out my backyard, and someone is yelling and screaming 'help.' "

Not sure why we are discounting her, but believing the anonymous witness "John" ?

He is twittering about punching a bus driver in the mouths days before this happened it.JMO

And yet we know according to GZ, on the night of the shooting that Trayvon was running from GZ for no apparent criminal reason. GZ is now the judge of what happened days before?

She obviously heard someone screaming help. She says "people were screaming help" which suggests she really doesn't know which person was screaming for help.

She was very distraught during the 911 tape. She did stick to that story when she gave her statement, so I trust her statement because I have no reason not to at this point. JMO

Will be most curious to see any results done on voice testing by the FBI.

Can they really match a voice of someone screaming on a background accurately? I hope so but I am just not sure how advanced this technology is.

Ya know - GZ does say on his 911 call that "he's running" - IIRC that's when he gets out of the vehicle.

We don't really know if Trayvon took off running or was running at all. The gf told him to run - and he told her he wasn't gonna do that, he was just gonna walk fast.

So, I'm thinking (if you look at the map posted a few pgs back) - Trayvon walked from the clubhouse (heading to the right of the map) He crossed that street and continued on the sidewalk until he got to the sidewalk between the buildings. I think GZ was parked on that curve and once Trayvon got far enough he was out of sight for GZ and that's when he started walking fast. GZ interpreted that as running because the movement quicken and then he was out of sight.

I think GZ then went down the sidewalk in front of that first row of buildings and cut through right there in the middle and came back up that sidewalk to confront Trayvon.

Does that make any sense?

I agree about too much Law and Order, CSI, and cops. In all the calls Zimmerman had made in the past, never once did he accost a perp. GZ went for his phone, not his gun. Trayvon could have thought he was going for his gun and popped him and then tried to find the gun he thought he was reaching for - found Zimmerman's gun and tried to get it from him.

That's what the screams sound like to me, GZ desperate to get his gun away from Trayvon - people with guns ON them don't scream, they just don't. Someone trying to get a gun away from someone would scream like crazy. IMO

GZ's gun was concealed though. I just do not get it. Fighting for the gun while at the same time giving GZ a fat lip and a bloody nose while bouncing GZ's head on the pavement and all that in about 1 minute. Plus GZ managing to only fire one deadly well placed shot.
Just as clear as mud.

They do most amazing things on TV all the time-but what they do on TV might not be possible in real life. That's why we end up disappointed by what they can do in real life.

Don't forget, he also had his hand over GZ's mouth telling him to "shut the eff up."

Okay you gun people, help me. Why does any of this matter? Not being snarky. I am clueless!

It doesn't (in my opinion).

I am in no way a GZ defender, but safing the weapon in this way (assuming he did) when he knows he is going to have to hand it to LE is not damaging. It does, however, show a guy that's amazingly calm under pressure.

That makes sense. I can also see TM telling his gf he wasn't going to run but really running because he was scared. Although only running until out of site around the corner. That would still make your scenario plausible.

Yep - Trayvon did NOT KNOW about that gun at first. I don't think he would have punched him if he did. Trayvon punches GZ - GZ hits the ground (and his head), goes to his waist for the gun and that's when Trayvon sees it. Screaming ensues, one shot, Trayvon is dead.

All in a matter of 60 - 120 seconds. Man that's fast.

How much longer are they going to let this all simmer? All the testing that needed to be done is (not doing any DNA tests - that we know of). So why are they keeping it all quiet and the nation in the dark?

Man, I hope we get something soon..................

At the end of the call, the dispatcher asks GZ for his address - GZ begins to give it and the says, "I don't want to give that out, I don't know where this kid is." Only seconds later they hung up. So for two minutes, he did not know where Trayvon was. One to two minutes later, something happened.

7:09 GZ call to 911
7:13 -7:14 GZ hangs up
7:16 - 1st call to 911 from witnesses.

I've seen different times on when GZ's call went out, but the times are pretty consistent on when the 911 calls start. We are talking less than five minutes after he hung up.

GZ did not know TM days before so I do not know why you even said that.TM Twitter account showed TM punched a bus driver days before he died.IMO it is not against the law to twitter but if you make twitters about assaulting a bus driver IMO shows an aggressive teen.
