Simple! The aggressive one is the one who got out of his truck while packing a gun and goes to look for the black kid walking...How..just how could TM be the aggressive one? He was doing what he'd been doing the entire time..walking while black..GZ is the one who changed the scene from a driver observing someone to a man shooting someone. ^i^

This is how I see it. I think to prove otherwise is going to be an uphill battle for GZ. And personally I think it's very possible that TM was on top of GZ when the gun was fired. So what. I would expect that from a victim that was succesfully trying to protect himself.

Thank you but this is just a media article, I'd like to see an actual report with facts. :)

You can contact the multiple media sources that reported the same thing and see if they'll release their source. I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you, though. JMO

Testimony? How about a witness telling 911 that a man in a white t-shirt was laying on someone else? We know Trayvon was in a hoodie, that leaves GZ in the white t-shirt. :)

Please link to whatever source it is that contains someone claiming they saw Zimmerman laying on Martin. TIA

I do believe that GZ thought Trayvon had a weapon that night. I think this from GZ's own words. "He's got his hand in his waistband. He's got something in his hand. This guy is up to something."

I think GZ thought Trayvon was armed. Why he went after him with his loaded gun, IDK - looking for a gun fight? Or thinking even if he shoots this kid, he'll get off because the kid had a gun too?

JMHO

I can not believe a rational person following somebody when you believe they might have a gun. What was GZ trying to prove. That he was fasted gun in the West? This was in Fl not the OK Corral. You wait for the cops.

I would like to clarify a response I made:

George Zimmerman joins an infamous fraternity, which is rather elite for the wrong reasons. I seem to notice them more often likely due to the media. I can see him relating with other most hated figures like Casey Anthony, Jerry Sandusky, Lori Drew, Fred Phelps, and Osama bin Laden. What is wrong with all of them?

I like to clarify that comment I made above. I should of said that George Zimmerman is not part of the infamous fraternity, which was has not happened yet. He is not a public enemy yet (In the Black Panther's eye, yes). It usually happens after the trial with rare exceptions (eg. Lori Drew, Jerry Sandusky, Casey Anthony, Fred Phelps, and Osama bin Laden). I was making an observation and comment of people who go through what Zimmerman is going through like what other people have gone through. I do not agree with what the Black Panthers are doing with the bounty. I also am appalled by the politicization of this case. My opinion about this case has been changing lately as it is a dynamic situation. I like to give both George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin benefit of doubt.

I do not know what really happened. I do not think Zimmerman intended to kill Trayvon Martin on purpose. However, I think it was rather out of line on Zimmerman's part.

It's in what I believe is Mary Cutcher's 911 call.

ah,, after the fact, when GZ was "straddling" over Trayvon once he had shot him. GZ could have had a white t shirt on under his jacket and took it off for some reason after it happened?? He was shot in the chest, not in the back....

I just listened to this tape of the 911 call where you hear the shots with headphones about 30 times. I hear a lot of terrorized screaming and some long drawn out helps then less then one second before the shot I hear this very distinct shout of help that does not sound like any of the other screaming.

Why did Zimmerman yell help less then 1 second before he pulled the trigger?

Trayvon Martin 911 Tape Screaming "Help" - YouTube

The shout in the end don't sound like "help" to me.

As self-elected neighborhood watchman GZ had two duties: observe and report. Not follow, not confront or question. I think anyone could justify a good samaritan doing more than that, if say, he saw a person being attacked - an actual crime where a person was endangered - and acted. But even by Z's OWN WORDS, he didn't see Trayvon do anything except walk in HIS neighborhood. That was enough to make him call 911. He broke with ALL the best practices of neighborhood watch.

He could have waited for the police to get there. He didn't want to wait, because like he said, "these a$$holes always get away," and he wasn't about to let Trayvon get away. He was going to be the hero who nabbed the bad guy! Why do you think, after already agreeing to meet the cops by the mailbox, he suddenly says "just have them call me and I'll tell them where I'm at?" Because he wasn't going to stay by the mailboxes, he was going to go find Trayvon, and he did.

Didn't Z say they exchanged words and then Trayvon attacked him from behind near his vehicle? Was there blood found near his vehicle? Would you exchange words with someone you found suspicious enough to call 911 over, and then turn your back to them?

The spot where they ended up only makes sense if it went down like the girlfriend said, that Trayvon was trying to get home, and Z continued to follow him.

GZ was on an errand not acting as a watchman. I don't believe that GZ has said that he exchange words with Trayvon. And I don't believe that blood was found near his vehicle because there's no reason for any blood to be there but I could be wrong.

If you follow this thought - GZ believed that he would confront this "suspicious, armed" person and pull his gun first. After all, GZ could see his hands and he knew that Trayvon didn't have the gun out in his hands. Too much Law & Order, Cops, CSI - GZ thought he would be faster on the draw and get this kid at gun point and hold him there until the cops showed up. He wasn't counting on Trayvon clocking him one. It all went south from there.

We also know Zimmerman was wearing a red jacket.
So that leaves no one wearing white t-shirt.

I look at the entire who was one top this way. What if you get the best of your attacker? Is that a legal reason for them to kill you? I would expect that someone commiting a crime eta: has an agenda to begin with to try to kill you when you defend yourself.

Exactly.

I can't find the post, I think it was to HHater - I just saw Zimmerman's friend say he could have heard "c***" or goons.

:thankyou: anyway!

Why would Zimmerman be screaming in terror and yelling for help in a terrorized voice then less then a second before he pulled the trigger say in a very plain voice help ?

I think those first screams are from Martin and that last one is from Zimmerman.

I don't know why I can't open your links :banghead:

I know which one you are talking about though. The witness didn't say she saw GZ in a white t-shirt on top of Trayvon, that's what I was asking.

It's not just you, it's a broken link.

If Trayvon lived to tell about this strange guy following and attacking him, GZ would have caught another assault charge. Then his dreams of LE would have been instantly down the drain. :twocents::twocents::moo:
