After listening to 911 calls and other witnesses, Mary C's account doesn't seem to fit with anyone else. That one guy on Anderson Cooper saw them on the ground in place and not running anywhere when shot run out. On 911 tapes, loud screams are heard up to the shot, and every body else seems to describe screaming, not crying of a "little boy."

You and the other posters who are making similar points may be right. I don't know. But Mary C and her roommate told Anderson C the same story.

So I will ask the same question that was asked about John's account:

What incentive would they have to lie?

His lawyer apparently misspoke. He's since said he thinks it was a clear-cut case. I think he got SYG and Castle Doctrine confused.

If those who made the SYG law say that it does not apply to Zimmerman, I am sure these same lawmakers can explain that to the judge/jury and let them decide.

Honestly, I'm expecting an arrest for Manslaughter within the next 9 days and that will quiet things down for a little while. I also think that Zimmerman will be bailed out of jail immediately and go right back into hiding until his trial.

Then we get to look forward to doc. dumps.

There is no verdict in the world that can be worse than Caylee's. None!

They are comparing screams to normal speech. Before I believe any of it they need to show me how accurate this technique is. And therefore I can not conclude Trayvon's voice was going to be a match just because Zimmerman scored at 48 %.

Tom Owen, the Voice Recognition expert who conducted the analysis, is a court-qualified expert witness and an authority on biometric voice analysis — a computerized process comparing attributes of voices to determine whether they match. This technique must be pretty accurate given that it has been deemed admissible evidence by the courts.

He wasn't found on his porch, so unless GZ took the body and dragged it 100 yards, he wasn't killed on his porch.

And there is nothing that states he ever made it home. So where on earth is this info coming from? :waitasec:

Based on her interviews, Mary C didn't witness neither the fight nor the shooting. The story she came up with appears to be her speculation based on what she thinks she heard, and not what she had saw.

This was in the video from the link Bessie posted where the girlfriend makes the "back porch" comment.

In the first picture, from where Trayvon's body is lying, it sure blows Zimmerman's claim that Trayvon was pounding his head into the concrete all to h e l l and back, Trayvon's body landed way too far away from the concrete for that to even be possible.

My opinion does not matter at all first off, but I do feel like posting. I finally listened to the 911 tape of the shooting. Right from when I heard it, it sounded like a teenage boy yelling. They sounded like the yells I've heard from teenage boys where I work when one of them is angry or scared. I listened several times....I can't hear this being an adult man....and where I work I've heard a lot A LOT of adult men yelling. Of course I'm not the FBI or anyone else, just my opinion. I think that the independent tests got it right, but of course FBI will be the final opinion. I will say that even then, if they agree, there will be those who still wouldn't believe it. Regardless, it was very heart-wrenching to hear that and to hear Z's 911 calls. The hair went up on the back of my neck on Z's calls for the reason that here was someone documenting the last moments of someone's life; that someone not knowing that things were going to go south and that they would die. Very un-real feeling.

Yea, well, bite mark evidence is admissible in court as well. And there have been people wrongly convicted because of it. So just because it's admissible doesn't mean its accurate. I want to see what proof this guy has that his technique is accurate. If he has a tape of 100 people screaming, and then tape of these same 100 people talking, can he match those up?

A few days ago someone here wrote a post that stated GZ had committed a homicide. Homicide was used over and over in the post (can't find it now), and I disagreed, over and over. I was wrong...... Anyone need a moment??

I know I was shocked to learn, and I do believe it was here on websleuths, that the death certificate for an executed criminal lists the cause of death as homicide. But there it is.

I believe that is why people hire attorneys for advice. I doubt if the family thought about the picture and it could have been provided by anyone in the family. As I said I have some older pictures of my grandchildren (couple of years) on my piano. The rest are in my camera, computer or on a memory disk. If someone asked me for a picture I'd probably grab the one that was already framed to give to them and not have gone through my computer in their situation. When your child dies you are like a zoombie, I mean it is the worst thing that can happen, you aren't sitting there thinking of ways to deceive people. Once the initial shock wears off you can think more clearly but to suggest this family set out from day 1 to deceive people....I just don't believe it.

I also think their attorney has better things to do than to be thinking about deceiving people with an old picture. To what end.....what would be the point? So that people can criticize them? I don't think they ever considered the option. And, let's face it if that were their intent they would have known what the results would be. Because there is always someone out there who will criticize how you handled yourself because it's not what they would do. jmo

He needed to make trayvon look young and innocent. A 6'3" trayvon wasn't going to look as 'awe' as the first photo. It is a reality. There have been a few articles written about it by psychologists. I'll try to find them and link to them.
I know it sounds terrible, and it isn't on the up and up, but if they already felt betrayed by the government, were they going to take a chance on the rest of society betraying their son again by racially profiling him by his current photo?

Pretty much. She only came outside after the gunshot, claims she didn't hear any screaming... I think "whimpers" or something was the word she used, and she gave two different positions that Zimmerman was in when she came outside. I've posted the transcripts on here before that support this, so it's not really JMO.

I was asking about this video the other night. I went looking for it and couldn't find it - but NG (among others) just kept showing in the background over and over. Yes, sadly, I do think that is Trayvon - that is why I was asking. And no, you're right - it doesn't look no where near the sidewalk.

Thankx again to whoever found it. I thought that was what I saw when it was aired and now - yes, I think it is exactly what I saw -

BUT THINK ABOUT THIS NOW:

It shows there was a news crew that showed up on scene that night. They filmed. They have footage and some of that footage was edited out - it always is. I really and truly hope LE has gotten all their footage from that night. And I wonder what else they captured on film being at the scene and how long on the scene they were and when they got there.

Oh my, I have so many more questions now that this was found..........
