Good question...I will do some digging and see what I can find. There has to be some reason voice recognition software analysis is considered admissable evidence. I am really curious why this technique is admissable and not polygraphs are not. Hmmm....

This particular program has been out for a month today. I've tried to locate information on it, including documentation on the software itself, to no avail.

It seems to me some of you are really taking this "he was killed on his porch" and running. :banghead:

He wasn't found on his porch, so unless GZ took the body and dragged it 100 yards, he wasn't killed on his porch.

And there is nothing that states he ever made it home. So where on earth is this info coming from? :waitasec:

Thanks wasn't enough! I got on here tonight after doing yard work all day and thought I had stepped off into the twilight zone! I had NO clue what was going on.

His head is facing the concrete, not his feet.

It's in the threads here somewhere that it was the other way around. TM's feet were partly on the cement walk and he was lying face down towards the house. They rolled him over to do CPR. jmo

I don't honestly know, but I do know there were many, many posts in this forum discussing the witness that said they saw one of these two in a white T shirt. I gotta think that the first thing I'm going to do when I finally get home is take that soaking wet, heavy hoodie off. Could be the T shirt was what was on under it, IDK. Pure conjecture on my part.

The initial police reports describe Trayvon as wearing a grey sweater (Ayalla) or grey hooded sweatshirt (Smith) so he did not take the hoodie off.

I think the white t-shirt is a red herring and just a demonstration at how poor witness memories are.

Well Trayvon's dad said the cops told him Trayvon's feet were on the sidewalk. Appears to me this is lie number three they told him. IMO

  • #446
Not necessarily. Responding officers did move the body around because they were administering CPR. It doesn't look like his feet are more than 4-5 feet away from the concrete, which would be consistent with him falling backwards from off of Zimmerman. JMO

How far do you have to move someone to administer CPR? Apart from turning them over from facedown to faceup?

Ice tea and Skittles were still in his pocket of his hoodie. jmo

Hello LambChop, I'm just thinking it would have to be an unopened can of iced tea, I can't see someone carrying an open can or cup of iced tea in their pocket. Wondered

Recordings are evidence. In a polygraph they are asking you questions about the crime....you have the right to remain silent. They can't make you take a polygraph. So if you take one and you fail I don't think they can use it in court against you. jmo

Yes, unopened. Candy, too, IMO. My grandson would have had the whole package gone by the time he got home. lol

Sorry, I missed the first couple of minutes, I didn't hear if the reporter asked him that or not , but he really didn't ask him many questions. JMO

the reporter didn't ask...JMHO

Thank you for the link!

Here is one for the white t shirt -

~One caller said he had seen a man with a white T-shirt on top of the other. Neither Zimmerman nor Trayvon wore white T-shirts.~

Unfortunally, witness recollections can be incorrect at times.

Iced tea also comes in bottles. You can reseal them.

Pretty much. She only came outside after the gunshot, claims she didn't hear any screaming... I think "whimpers" or something was the word she used, and she gave two different positions that Zimmerman was in when she came outside. I've posted the transcripts on here before that support this, so it's not really JMO.

Would you repost the transcripts or links to them again please? Particularly regarding the two different positions?

Well, if he was diagonal, rolling the body may have rolled him further off-axis. Granted, not by much. They may have also moved him if the ground under him was too soft, since you have to have a firm surface under the subject to administer the chest compressions and it was raining out. All of this is pure conjecture. I doubt he would have moved too far from the original location, if not just the 2-3' necessary to roll him over. I was just including that for the sake of accuracy. The position in the picture aligns pretty well with what we have all estimated from various accounts.
