Zimmerman's injuries mean nothing to me. I would hope if I had been followed and confronted by a crazy man with a gun, I would at least get in a couple good hits before he killed me.

It still doesn't even remotely answer who put whose hands on who first. The million dollar question and it is my opinion that Zimmerman put his hands on Trayvon first.

Plus, we don't know what injuries Trayvon had. They won't release the autopsy for us to find out. So Trayvon could have had his own injuries.

Really? I have to say that is really far fetched. Why would people cover up a murder because a guy's dad is a judge? Are there any examples of this happening?

My one example for you is my Aunt being murdered by a drunk driver while she was walking across the street and this drunk driver not even being given a ticket because he was the brother inlaw of a judge. That's enough for me to believe it happens all the time and has been going on for years. Cover ups may not always be about murder but they do happen. Again I say time will tell what the truth is.

I mean, that's the accusation now, that a national news agency purposely put out a doctored video which shows something that isn't really there?

I just now walked in and sat down since very early this morning. I clicked on a link and it brought up this picture and I know as well as I know my first name that this has been altered. I don' have a clue as to what is going on with NBC, CBC, ABC, or anywhere else. I'm just calling it like I see it based on this screen shot.

This just rings untrue to me for some reason. IDK, I have no experience of gunshot victims who die in short order before the paramedics arrive but I find it unlikely that they utter "you got me" while falling backward.

I'd expect something less articulate. This sounds like a bad movie script.

I wonder if the battery went dead on TM's phone. Inconvenient timeing for sure. The police didn't try to find out who he was so maybe the phone was dead.Well, of course it could have been damaged during the fight or whatever took place there.

I know of LE that will find a charger or buy one asap to charge a phone because of the valuable info a phone contains. They will borrow or buy a battery. LE will even pay a cell phone bill or add minutes if they need to track a phone to locate a missing person or a perp who has taken a phone.

Standard operating procedure for any LE enforcement agency so I'm sure the investigating officer called to speak to whichever assistant state's attorney was on call for that area and evidently since we know now that Wolfinger himself came, I would say it was reasonable to conclude that the assistant DA who was covering probably called and informed Wolfinger.

I stated that Zimmerman's weight was 240 lbs. when he was arrested for the assault of the police officer. Then he was downright, triple chin FAT.

I stated that he does not weigh 240 lb. now; but he does not weigh 160 - 170 lbs. either.

Yes, I agree, NOW he looks trim and fit as you stated. I disagree that he is not stocky.

IMO, he is trim and fit with a stocky, muscular build. I would guess his weight at at approximately 190 lbs.

You can certainly see that he is muscular in the police video. His muscular chest pects are poking out of his T-shirt -- and they aint no man-.

Trayvon's parent stated that Trayvon weighed between 140 and 145. When is comes to fighting, the heavier the WEIGHT, the bigger the advantage.

That's why high school and college wrestlers, and ALL boxers compete in their own weight class. Height does not matter.

Again, George is the stocky, muscular experienced ADULT who with a semi-automatic 9mm pistol, went against a skinny, much lighter innocent kid who lived only 21 days past his 17th birthday.

IMO, it was one heck of an uneven and criminal fight!

"Reach" obviously matters somewhat if you are talking about professional trained boxers or something. In the real world, and I say this as someone who has been involved in MANY dozens of violent physical altercations, in order of importance I would list skill, strength, and weight as the primary factors.

The idea that this 6'2" 150 lb toothpick was some kind of wrecking machine is almost silly, unless we discover that he was some kind of hand to hand combat expert. Zimmerman, unless he is an absolute cupcake, should have wiped this kid out.

Further, in addition to what I mentioned above, I have also responded to well over a hundred violent incidents (probably closer to two-hundred actually). I cannot think of a single serious altercation in which the participants were not visibly messed up, and they are most often a bloody mess. Nor can I even imagine a LE officer handling someone in this condition without wearing gloves -- in the department I worked for that would have been instant discimplinary action were someone stupid enough to do it (which is hard to believe).

In my opinion, based on the limited evidence I have seen so far, this was NOT a particularly violent confrontation. I remain open to the possibility, but I want to see some pictures.

If that is an injury on the back of Zimmerman's head (which I seriously doubt at this point), Trayvon would have had to be holding him by his feet or ankles, picking him up, and slamming him down. There is absolutely no way that's going to happen. These screen shots prove absolutely nothing to me and the way it looks right now, at least based on what I seen for myself on the video, that this particular screen shot has been enhanced and added to.

This is one of the burning questions in my mind. Why did he leave the comfort of his home on a rainy Sunday night and drive 50+ miles in order to overrule the detective's recommendation? There is something hinky stinky about that. IMO

If some witnesses matched what GZ said , I would think he came out to see injuries and to see if there was a reasonable claim under that law.JMO if GZ was arrested and was covered under the SYG law there would be lawsuits for unlawful arrest.JMO

It's a screen cap from the video they shown on NBC. It's looks like the same exact thing I saw in the video.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression GZ went in the following day to be seen. We've discussed this before on this forum. Often times the seriousness of ones injuries aren't evident till hours later. And there is the cost factor of being taken by ambulance to the ER. I don't know what, if any, medical insurance GZ has. I do know my eldest daughter was involved in a serious, broadside crash by someone running a red light. She too refused to be transported to the hospital by the EMT's, had to sign a release. When I found out the following day, she was an adult, and saw her injuries, especially the seatbelt wound she had from her shoulder to her stomach, completely across her body, and her knees/legs where they hit the dashboard, I insisted she go to the ER the next day, that I would pay for it. At the time she was a student, and didn't have health insurance. That night, she was pretty much in shock, and she didn't feel the real pain till the next morning.

I believe Zimmerman senior did say GZ did see a doctor the next day. It could have been a regular family practician who determined it was no big deal. Who knows?.

On the SPD website the tapes in segments are put up. If you take a screenshot at the same point NBC did, and then enlarge it, you can easily see the wound on his head. I did this and took a screenshot on my computer - if I could lighten it, you would probably be able to see it the same as the photo NBC is showing.

Many forms that I've filled out ask both race and ethnicity. So one can be a black hispanic, a black non-hispanic, a white hispanic, a non-hispanic white etc etc

There's a small tree that was near the body. GZ could have hit his head on the way down. The mark appears to be straight as if it were scrapped and then started to bruise. If it were from banging his head on the side of cement wouldn't it be in the opposite direction. We need a trauma nurse on board here...lol

IMO Could mean cleaned up,less distortion, funny on how enhanced 911 tapes some hearing c&&n.Also the voice analysis was enhanced so they could tell it was TM voice and not GZ, JMO but why are some enhancements ok and some are not?
