My opinion, too. I thought Jr.'s account was absurd.

I just wanted to be fair that I didn't think he was saying that was when GZ's nose was broken. I think Jr. still maintains the break happened with the first punch.

I find it hard to believe that an EMT attached to the Fire Department would have missed a broken nose and a severe gash on the back of GZ's head. The Zimmerman's are making the fire department sound as if they are incompetent. GZ was cleared within 10 minutes and it sounds as if all they did was clean him up????? jmo

I think all his attorneys, including O'Mara, said the same thing that GZ was only upset because he was no longer free to walk into a 7-11. I don't think they mentioned Burger King. jmo

Speaking of O'Mara.. Anyone think there is a hint of a Massachusetts accent? I'm trying to figure out where he may hail from originally? JMHO

Not to mention a man swallowing blood and unable to breathe..JMHO..

I just somehow cannot get over a life and death struggle that requires you to shoot someone yet 35 minutes later at the police station you appear completely uninjured to the point that your shirt is still tucked in, no grass stains, no blood, no bandages on any of your injuries, and the EMT's even managed to clean all the blood off of your face and neck ect.

Just doesn't track IMO JMHO and stuff

Plus Mr. Taaffe said the blood from GZ's nose was all over his jacket because the jacket was zipped up but we can see both LE officers searching his jacket with no gloves on. If there was blood on GZ's jacket they would have had gloves on, would they not?????? jmo

And according to GZ's brother, his major injury was that the broken nose was swelling and impairing his breathing, and he was swallowing a lot of blood, but apparently they missed that too.

I was really surprised they arrested GZ. I have not been on here much the last few days.My son told me how they had to shut down the police station in Sanford which IMO terrible, should have arrested everyone involved.Still MO that when he goes before a judge he might still be protected under SYG.IMO They only did this to quiet the masses. It will be interesting to see the actual evidence.

I don't believe they did this just to quiet the masses. I think there is real evidence that the story GZ told is not the truth.

SPD closed the police station because there were 6 people sitting outside the door. Peacefully, quietly, not bothering anyone, simply protesting. If SPD overreacted, that's on them. They didn't even bother to ask the protesters to leave!

You should wear gloves anytime you are in danger of coming in contact with bodily fluids. but if you look at the video, that jacket looks as if it just came out of the dryer. There are no wet looking dark spots, nothing that would indicate that there was anything on it that I could see.

And next we will hear it wasn't an EMT but a paramedic, which would make it even harder to believe he had any serious injuries. jmo

He makes my skin crawl. For some reason I have a feeling that Frank is going to need a lawyer soon. I wonder if they have GZ phone records? I think Frank may have spotted Tray FIRST and called GZ. Just a theory of mine.

Jmo

I keep thinking someone spotted him first. Could Taafe see Martins home from his house? I just have the feeling he knew Trayvon or knew of him.

Well if he came from Boston we speak the same language. :giggle: I didn't hear him speak tonight but I'll listen in the coming days.

I looked on his website. His BA was earned @ University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida and his JD @ Florida State University College of Law, Tallahassee, Florida. So if he was from Boston he moved to FL at age 18 or thereabouts.

So you think Angela Corey is crooked? From what I've read she seems like a fair person.

My son threw a toy at my mom he was 2,she kept saying her nose felt broken. She never bled her eyes teared up and it hurt if it was touched. I took her to the ER and sure enough it was broken but they did not do anything for her,no bandage nothing but did give her pain killers.

And that's got what to do with GZ nose being broken so badly that he was swallowing copious amounts of blood (but somehow managed to not get one drop of blood on his clothing)?

Well, he can't be all bad if he went to Florida State!!

Actually I'm very impressed with the way he has handled things so far. As much as I think Zimmerman is guilty, I do want him to have a fair trial and he is entitled to a decent attorney.

Yes, I too would hope that he has a more than decent Attorney, for he really needs one, and the only thing I think he needs to do immediately is to tell everyone Oliver, Taafe, GZ's brother and his Father to just not try and help him anymore, they are going to help him into 30 years in the slammer....

particularly if their accounts of that night and GZ's sworn account of that night are not the same, or they have more or different details IMO JMHO and stuff.

Taaffe lived on the opposite end. However, he did live near the shortcut into the subdivision (which Trayvon may have used instead of the main entrance).
