Since most on this board who are against Z wanted him to publicly apologize and show "remorse" - why be upset when he does it? I think he came off very humbly, and sincerely.

Because he has never apologized until it was to get out on bond. He can't "recall" who he apologized to before...I call BS. JMO

Oh no, I missed it! (It's been a busy morning.) I'm stunned. I really thought it would be a min. of $500,000.

:CYA: all later...got to get grocery shopping done...

I suspect the evidence uncovered during the autopsy, the crime scene...the State has more than we know...

He never stated he was sorry before today to the police...it should be recorded if stated..GZ is fairly certain he said it..

And the SA has evidence to support a 2nd degree murder charge?? I didn't believe it when GZ was charged and most definitely don't believe it now.
Lets wait until the trial before you say that. Since you don't know WHAT evidence they have, its pretty premature to say that.

:-( another criminal becomes a victim how sad for Trayvon's parents. I'm sure though they will continue to be as dignified as they have always been I do have some sadness in me for GZ mom, but at least she has her son coming home.

I think that's the first time I've heard of an apology as an ambush.

JMO/IMO
I'm kinda thinking that the family was seated in the courtroom. They had no warning that they were going to be personally addressed. They have already made it clear they don't want to hear an apology from the man that murdered their son. Zimmerman forced them listen to his words.

Zimmerman has a real problem with boundaries, OK, we get that. Good to know. :)

It was just an example. And yes it can. I will be happy to have him write out how it can be done. He is in school right now so it will have to wait. ANYthing can be altered. JMO of course.

The detective already said he had lacerations on his head. The report already said he had blood on the back of his head.

Why are we still debating this?

Because the Martin's were forced to sit there and listen, whether they wanted to or not. That was a stupid move. OMO! MOO!

They were forced to listen?
They were not free to step out in the hall until he was done?

The Martins had already declined to meet with him. That was totally out of line. I don't MO'M did his client a service with that move.

Doesn't remember and flat out saying 'no I didn't do that' are two different things.

It is obvious from the angle of the question that WHAT was said is the damning factor, not whether he "remembers" or states he didn't send it.

he should have respected them, but he did what was good for him and only him. And the aoplogy seemed more like a "I'm sorry I killed your son but...."

I thought he was just a little younger then me.

Dispatcher: how old? Zimmerman, late teens. IMO

Looks like MOM is going to have his hands full. Zimmerman is going to want to testify, yet he has already been caught in lies (didn't know his age????). He is his own worse enemy.

Wait for the trial when we find out that was just another whopper. MOO

I heard him ask judge that defense attorney wouldn't be allowed to meet with witnesses.

That's just silly, making no sense. He asked that GZ have no contact.

From what I have read, but can't post here because it's in Mac Forums, is that it can be deleted completly but not altered.

That wasn't an apology...sorry for the loss of your son? I didn't know he didn't have a weapon????? I didn't know he was so young..yet he called him a KID in that call....

all self serving....:jail:

Just a replay, he said he thought he was a little younger than him.

it was a blatent thumbing of his nose to Mr Martin's family. IMO

He said he told the officer that night that he was sorry. But if it wasn't recorded on a report somehow, it doesn't matter.

BTW, any defense attorney will tell you not to contact the victims family in the early going.

I guess, according to GZ, if Trayvon were older and had a weapon, he would have been justified, in his own mind.

That wasn't an apology! :banghead:
