The fact that Trayvon asked "why are you following me" or "do you have a problem" is significant to me. :moo:
Me too. To me it indicates that TM may have confronted GZ.

If Zimmerman gets out on Bond does that mean there will be no trial?
You'd never know.
I agree~ After today, I'm not so sure this case will go to a Jury. I think GZ has a good chance of being granted immunity.
Snipped to the part directed at me.
IMO it's clear. He also had a broken nose if you believe his attorney today that says he has medical records to support that claim.
It's just my opinion. I don't expect everyone to share it.
IMO he was taking a whooping before the shot.
But, I got my head beat repeatedly on a hard floor, massive wounds, open, cut, lumps on lumps. Very, very visible.
All injuries are different. IMO - George's are minimal, and there is something off about this picture. If LE did not take it, I am not buying it. Period.
Only problem for me is there is only one source (the GF) who is saying this and although I don't have any reason to believe she's lying, I haven't heard her full story either, the context of the entire conversation, what the voice who said 'do you have a problem' sounded like, etc.

Because that is what the investigator stated. SA tried to work areound it on cross, but it was clear as day to me.
Hey, are you saying I have a hard head? I resemble that remark!
But seriously, it's apparently not so bizarre.
"Closed head injuries refer to injuries in which no lacerations exist."
and
"Head injury can be either closed or open (penetrating).
A closed head injury means you received a hard blow to the head from striking an object, but the object did not break the skull.
An open, or penetrating, head injury means you were hit with an object that broke the skull and entered the brain. This usually happens when you move at high speed, such as going through the windshield during a car accident. It can also happen from a gunshot to the head."
It may surprise you to know that some people carry a gun with them all the time (except in prohibited places).
Why didn't the prosecutors object and strike the record once it became clear that GZ had no intention of addressing the court?
I'm kind of glad they caught GZ in an irrefutable lie though.
JMO/IMO
It was very inappropriate for Zimmerman to ambush the parents in a court of law.
I think we may just have our first Webslueths experiment in this case??
So, who is going to go sit outside of Target and do a survey on how many people carry a gun and two flashlights on their waistband to go shopping?
Then you can understand what I am speaking to..repeated head bashing causes alot of surrounding tissue damages..and they bleed like stink and require pressure bandages..Dont know why, but I keep getting the image of georgie the wanna be cop on a mission running thru the grass, wet slippery grass with phone to his ear..and running into something or slipping and going head over heels knocking his head on local landscaping materials..LOL Which only served to fuel his rage even more!!
And of course we know how well George deals with rage :rocker:
A person who was being just a little objective would say it indicates that there was a confrontation. Nothing in those words indicates who started said confrontation.:moo::twocents:
