Only problem for me is there is only one source (the GF) who is saying this and although I don't have any reason to believe she's lying, I haven't heard her full story either, the context of the entire conversation, what the voice who said 'do you have a problem' sounded like, etc.

Why didn't the prosecutors object and strike the record once it became clear that GZ had no intention of addressing the court?

I'm kind of glad they caught GZ in an irrefutable lie though.

I agree~ After today, I'm not so sure this case will go to a Jury. I think GZ has a good chance of being granted immunity.

And I think that is pathetic..JMHO.

IMO it's clear. He also had a broken nose if you believe his attorney today that says he has medical records to support that claim.

It's just my opinion. I don't expect everyone to share it.

IMO he was taking a whooping before the shot.

It may be clear to you but it's not fact. But yes, we are all entitled to our opinions and assumptions.

Trayvon had no evidence of scrapes to his knuckles that would indicate he was hitting someone, according to the mortician. The wounds do not look like he was getting "whooped" to me. But then I work a lot of DV cases (and I fought a lot as a child), so I know what it looks like when someone gets "whooped".

IMO, it appears he was in a scuffle. I wish I could show you photos of some of my clients who got "whooped."

All injuries are different. IMO - George's are minimal, and there is something off about this picture. If LE did not take it, I am not buying it. Period.

Yes. All injuries are different. I didn't bleed but the lumps were incredibly painful even though no one could see them. Now, OTOH, my face was a mess for quite some time and my left eye socket hurt and was sensitive for years. I was recently diagnosed with ocular palsy in that eye and I've wondered if it goes back to that beating.

Well, you do have Daddy Zimmerman saying that Trayvon asked George "What's your f***ing problem?"

Also, didn't Tracy tell the media that LE told him that Trayvon had confronted George while he was in his vehicle and now we see that George said that Trayvon circled his truck three times??

Because that is what the investigator stated. SA tried to work areound it on cross, but it was clear as day to me.

I do believe the investigator said it could possibly be consident..as he is no medical person to refute such a thing..Anything is possible and I can think of many and many posting have come up with various scenerio's..So hey..Mr. Galbraith, the detective cannot refute something he cannot prove is impossible from his expertise..

A closed head injury can exist with a laceration. Closed head indicated brain involvement with the skull intact.

I think it clearly showed GZ does whatever he wants to do. He has his own set of rules and screw everything else. I love defendants like that, they usually hang themselves.

It was very inappropriate for Zimmerman to ambush the parents in a court of law.

Especially after they had ALREADY told O'Mara that they would NOT meet with Zimmerman and that they apology was inappropriate at this time! GZ basically said FU to their wishes and FORCED them to listen to him anyway. Tells you a WHOLE lot about GZ and about O'Mara for allowing him to do it! Yea both are saying FU to Trayvon's parents!

You don't think there are people in a Target right this minute who happen to have an CCP and are not carrying a gun? How would you know, not everyone has them out in the open?

Then you can understand what I am speaking to..repeated head bashing causes alot of surrounding tissue damages..and they bleed like stink and require pressure bandages..Dont know why, but I keep getting the image of georgie the wanna be cop on a mission running thru the grass, wet slippery grass with phone to his ear..and running into something or slipping and going head over heels knocking his head on local landscaping materials..LOL Which only served to fuel his rage even more!! :laugh:

Yes - I've had tiny nicks on the face and head bleed all over the place. One was a nick over one eye from a metal fragment. I had to finish a fence repair and in that five minutes, I had blood running down my face and dripping onto my T-shirt and my jeans. When I got back to the barn, people freaked out because of all the blood. Oh, and I am not normally a bleeder - I've got great clotting factors.

That was from a cut less than a quarter of an inch long!
