But it was raining and why would he still be standing beside a cruiser when the LE put him into the car for the EMT to treat him? Plus it was 62 degrees and if he was cold with a coat on why would he remove his jacket and shirt and then put them back on???? They do not even look like Sanford's white patrol cars???

Those dash cams should show this closer. I say it looks like him, but I'm not going to say it IS him. However, one of the witnesses seen someone with a white T-shirt on... and this person has a white T-shirt on!

It's very hard to see the face, GZ was almost bald at the time this happened. So the hair would match. In that screen shot you got you can see his arm better, now it doesn't appear he is handcuffed. I want to see the whole video. I wonder why we haven't seen any video's from that night, obviously video was taken by some local media :waitasec:

O’Mara just told JVM that he (MOM) ‘transferred’ George’s Paypal money into a trust account. What happened to checks being sent to O’Mara from the accounts, that he said George fedexed to him? Which is it, money was transferred or was it sent fedex? And how many accounts are there, really? It's a fifteen minute ride to the station. TM was pronounced dead at 7:30. GZ was put in cuffs at approxiately 7:17/7:18 timeframe. Report stated he was put in the patrol car, treated by an EMT and transported to headquarters. That does not give them time to strip him down and then put his clothes back on him and get to the station by approximately 7:52. It's not like he's a model in a runway show, he had cuffs on???? This looks more like a filler that Jane threw in there to fill up space. Has anyone ever seen this video before???? jmo

It is so fast that someone better than me would have to get a screen shot, and the lights are glaring, but on my big tv, I got real close to the screen and JVM showed it several times in a row, there is only a couple of seconds where it is clear before the light glare fades it out and they plaster a big picture of GZ's graduation photo over it, and it looks like him to me. It does not appear to be a first responder or a police officer since there are no patches on the sleeves, and his arms appear to straight down and behind him as if he is in cuffs although you can't see his wrists...I truly do think that it is him and I can't think of why they would show the crime scene with a generic person ( the only person in the scene) in it like that...then put his picture of his graduation on top, Maybe this will be picked up by someone who can actually get a good shot and clean it up and then we will know.

I don't think LE would undress GZ and then turn around one minute later and dress him. Once he's in custody they would not want to tamper with evidence and they did take his clothes into evidence. Plus it's not on the report. I think Jane is playing with us. jmo

I sell on Ebay. Sometimes, PayPal will only release $500 per month to me, even though the $$ has cleared on the other end. $204,000 is a lot of money.

I know Ebay and PayPal have changed their policies since I stopped selling many years ago. In fact, I had pretty much stopped selling by the time Ebay bought PayPal. I hadn't realized how much they have restricted money transfers, though!

I'm glad I'm out of it - I was pretty much selling some old magazines and stuff we didn't need anymore and back then Eaby was a good choice for that kind of selling. If I were going to do it now, I'd sell on Etsy. :seeya:

Considering that it was during a clip ABOUT George Zimmerman, on a show about George Zimmerman, as background for an interview that George Zimmerman's attorney was giving COULD have a wee bit to do with that thought process, IMO.

I think the evidence for involuntary manslaughter is there already, no questions asked. GZ followed someone, while he was armed, and he verbally confronted him at the very least, setting forth the death of Trayvon. So imo, even if TM had taken a shot at GZ, or shoved him, or gone for the gun, it was still GZ who put this horrible tragedy into motion, imo.

I do not believe GZ wanted to shoot anyone that night or set up the killing with the 911 call, or was looking for an innocent kid to kill, not at all. I think it was the perfect tragic storm.

No doubt, Zimmerman is morally guilty. If his story is true and can be proven, I don't think he is legally guilty of anything other than trying to save his life. I base my lay opinion on my understanding of the SYG law.
