MOM acts like he could not walk over and talk to the parents or Crump sitting there in court and ask them if it was alright.
He cannot. They are represented by counsel. Which is why he would have contacted Crump.

Having worked in a law office, I disagree. Lawyers do tend to take that seriously. There is usually a level of respect shown towards each other, regardless of being on opposing sides.
Crump and O'Mara are not "opposing counsel".
You have never stood at your door and yelled at someone or talked to someone without going outside? He yelled at them to "stop", and locked his patio door and went upstairs. It seems like he would have to have been outside in some way.
It is my understanding that a defendant is NOT to talk to or try to contact the victim/s or witnesses. It was very inappropriate for his lawyer to ask him to do this, imo.
There are many ways Crump is unprofessional IMO.
He doesn't even pronounce the victim's name correctly. I find that unprofessional and highly offensive to Trayvon's memory.

Correct. But in a manner of speaking, in my opinion, they are. Crump is taking on that role publicly, imo.

Crump was sitting right there with them. Did the family tell OMara not to talk to them they have a lawyer? He cannot. They are represented by counsel. Which is why he would have contacted Crump.
Everyone was in that courtroom early before court started, plenty of time to ask a simple question.Could he? I know in some states you can't leave your table or podium. Are they allowed to address the other lawyers directly with an issue that doesn't involve the court? I don't know the FL court rules.

What?!! Exactly how does he mispronounce his name???
I stand at a window or my patio door all the time to yell at the deer or racoons stealing bird seed out of my feeders. But I guess that's not really the same thing even if I do it with the screen door closed.
Besides, the wildlife doesn't listen anymore. Unless I go outside and jump up and down and scream at them, the deer don't even run away.:waitasec:

Have you ever heard him say Martin?!!
Drives me nuts!
Martin has a T in it.
It's not pronounced Mar En.

Crump represents the victim's family. He has no business calling the defendant's attorney about this case. Period. You stated earlier that MOM may have had some information regarding the case, and wanted to speak to Crump. MOM is obligated to speak to LE, Special Proscutor about the case, if he so chooses, not the victim's attorney. I would think MOM would be a little bit more professional than going through a side route.
