I agree it should be game over. However I doubt the truth will deter the agitators. It certainly didn't matter re: the hands up don't shoot meme.

They won't give it up. Josh, leader of Lost Voices has admitted to arson, committed the night of Antonio's shooting. And Josh's crimes were caught on surveillance camera and shown on the news. You can clearly see him setting the fires. And yet his 'supporters' are still denying it and saying he was framed.

It seems like I missed the PC but here is what one of the Fox 2 reporters is saying

"Timeline:
11:11pm Berkley PD received a call for service for shoplifting.
11:12 pm 2nd call dispatched advised of incident with description of suspect
11:14pm officer arrived on scene
11:15pm advised shots had been fired
11:16pm First assist unit arrived on scene
11:17pm EMS was contacted
11:19pm Unknown female called for ambulance
11:21 Paramedics arrived on scene to treat AM
11:28pm AM was lifeless and time of death was declared
2:00am AM's body was logged into the Medical Examiners office"

Several Witnesses were intervieweed and have confirmed that AM was armed and did attempt to fire his weapon at the officer.
The individual who was with AM at the time confiremed the same. He told police that he fled for fear of his life and didn't know if he would be shot.
Several other individuals confiremed the weapon as well.
It has been confirmed that the officer feared for his life and as a result fired 3 shots.

re the BBM portion - this is in contrast to interviews provided by AM's girlfriend in which she criticized LE and claimed they would not call for medical assistance for AM and that 911 hung up on her and that it took close to 30 minutes for the ambulance to arrive. I am assuming that Keanna is the unidentified female referenced in the timeline as calling for medical attention. Unless another unidentified female also called 911 and they hung up on Keanna after telling her that they were already enroute.

Brown said she arrived to the scene after Martin had been shot.

11:21 EMT arrive after being called at 11:17. That is a mere 4 minutes. Pretty darn good response time actually. Time of shooting was around 11:15. 6 minutes from time shot to time EMTs were there working on him. 2 minutes from time of shooting to call for EMS. Assuming securing scene and ensuring no one else was going to go guns blazing that seems not out of line??

During Tuesday's news conference, Berkeley Police Chief Frank McCall said the department spoke with “several witnesses” who said they saw Martin point a gun at the unidentified police officer before the shooting occurred. McCall said he spoke to a man who was with Martin when the shooting occurred and he was among the witnesses who said Martin had a gun.
