Plan B: Play by the book and turn state's evidence against RC. That's how it looks at the moment, anyway. Who knows. At least he got through to her that dealing with LP would be a big mistake, and I'm grateful that he did. That arrangement posed many potential problems in prosecuting a case down the road.

Hey Bessie!!! The part I'm having trouble with are the jail videos we saw of Misty, and are we up to what date now? Misty wanting to have Leonard bail her out and all. The court docs were filed on 2/18/10, for a court appointed attorney. Have we seen up to or close to that date in video releases (the videos are soo confusing, some just clips, some considered "raw"), "New videos" that we have already seen?

I wonder because her attorney could write that letter to LP up until he is offically released? Just wondering.

If Misty had seen Joe that night she'd have told about it to the police in February last year. It's not like she was trying very hard to protect him, he was already under the bus in late February.

Which makes me think either
A) She did tell it to LE and they deemed it to be one of her inconsistent BS stories
B) She's making it up to point away from somebody else (take your guess)

What happened to the black guy who Misty supposedly heard saying he has Haleigh? Joe's not black, is he?

Misty is so obviously a liar. TN, RC and GMA must know she is a liar, yet they harbored her, protected her and to this day rc has not harmed her or thrown her under the bus......hmmmmm

Hey there, Dr. Know?. The tapes where Misty and her mother are so excited about the prospect of LP getting her out are from Feb 9th before she had a sit down with her attorney. The clip tonight with her dad seemed like it could have been later, but I wouldm't swear to it. As for the appointment of a public defender, we'll have to wait and see if Fields bows out completely. I'm wondering if he will continue to advise her on matters relating to Haleigh. Of a couple of things we can be certain. Fields wrote two letters to LP on behalf of Misty asking him to back off, the latest one dated February 22, 2010. He could only do that if Misty agreed, which makes me think she didn't fire him.

The tape showing Misty's hair in corn row braids is from Feb 9, 2010. In those clips she asks her mother to light a candle for her at the anniversary vigil.
