Didn't George say that in this LE interview back in July(early August)?
I wouldn't be surprised if he has done a 360 on his previous opinion and now likes Baez and thinks he's doing a great job.
Just like he told LE one thing about the decomp smell and then on LKL said the opposite it really was pizza.
He doesn't seem to know which way to swing

We have no way of knowing, he may now like Baez even less than he did back then.

I think one of the reasons KC is not in court is because JB wants it that way.She cant see him bungling and he retains complete control.Almost like a domestic abuse situation.The perp will charm the victim,isolate them from their family and all that's going on socially.They want complete control.

I agree. Watermarking does not stop people from snagging them either.
Anyone with limited knowledge of a photo program can do it in 2 secs.

That's an astute observation, Miss James. It think you're right. It could be a personal or professional interest on his part. Either way, he doesn't want her to witness anything that would dispel her image of him as a knight in shining armor. He knows how flaky she is, and he has to maintain her undying trust to steer the case his way.

Can't remember, but that may have been when they took a break so JB could talk to KC before she came into the courtroom. Not mislabled.

NG was just talking about "murderabilia", and her guest said that "when there's a will, there's a way". Sadly, Caylee's remains will probably eventually end up on the net. Even if not put out there by someone in the US who is held to follow US laws and can be held criminally liable for violation, it's not to say they couldn't be sold to someone in Bangkok and then someone over there posts them online.

All photos can be watermarked as well as embedded with a code that will not allow it to be "lifted" or copied by any manner. There are also programs that will track when a person logs in and out. What pages they viewed and length of time viewed as well as their IP address and machine used. It is very sophisticated.

Our previous company did high security IT work contracts and it was done all the time.

Is there any transcripts anywhere on this internet to read about the hearings that are just regular text documents, not docs, or pdf's? Or am i asking something out of the question? I used to be able to read the transcipts from Gretas show and Fox shows- havent tried them lately tho.

now, I could be imagining this, but I saw a change in jb's demeanor when kc was present. he seemed to be putting on more of a show for her. I think he encourages her to stay out of court b/c it makes him nervous when she's there. I can't imagine being accused of murder and not wanting to be present for every word that was uttered in ref to my case. Is she embarassed, or does she think there's nothing to worry about?

I'm very upset about that. Even in death, poor Caylee doesn't get the caring mother she deserves. KC just passes on the responsibility like she always did. Makes me mad.

Could anyone please tell more about the "fingerprints on the duct tape? In what context did it come up? How was it mentioned? We've always suspected there were fingerprints, but this is the first time we've heard confirmation. If they were KC's, wouldn't have been mentioned already? Or not? Who mentioned it? Defense or procecution?

i think jb has become too personally involved with her and he should really let someone else handle her defense .. for her to give him control of caylees remains tells me theres something goin on here .after all her family has done for her and she pulls this ? he never knew or even loved caylee .. imho this is just wrong
