JMO, by the time that interview occurred, I would guess that any alleged anomalies or inconsistencies on JG's poly in regards to evidence had more to do with what I would suspect is an extreme nervous reaction to the fact he and his father had both long realized that KC's sudden visit to his apt to "take a shower" in the early morning may have been an attempt on her part to gain and use dna or other evidence to try to frame him. As were the requests to bring gas to her car. Perhaps KC's initial Imaginanny had a Plan B in the form of JG - OR perhaps she went with the Imaginanny originally because she realized she didn't have hard evidence on JG yet. This could be a chicken and egg thing. Or not.
Originally I thought that in her jail visits that she expressed so much negativity about JG because she didn't want her parents anywhere near him or his family so they could "compare notes" so to speak. RG mentioned in an early interview he had heard things about the Anthonys from KC that would curl your toes; I'm sure she used the same tactics to re-ingratiate herself back into the Anthony family once she moved back home with the baby.
JG also, because she has kept in touch with him over the years, may have been a confidant in other ways; perhaps about things she was doing for money or other unhealthy activities (remember that mysterious trip to the ER). I think he may have known much more about KC that she realized was practical anymore now that she was in serious trouble.
It just amazes me the collateral damage this family of patent liars is willing to create and extend outward simply to draw attention away from the one person that had method, means and motive and has not uttered anything near the truth from the minute the case broke open.
Comparing KC to other "suspects" is an exercise in comparing apples to a moldy orange. It amazes me that JB wastes his defense time even contemplating it. And it makes me angry that the Anthony family would even allow the only boy KC knew who had not only exhibited honorable intentions toward her, but whose family had taken her in for almost a year and dearly loved baby Caylee, to be so callous and self-serving to have even directed LE their way simply on the words of their pathological liar of a daughter.
The time LE has had to waste tracking down false "live" Caylee sightings, the months they have had to waste interviewing and investigating her friends, when, as GA's former LE friend put it "the answer lies with the girl in that room over there" or something of the sort, the fact that KC's acquaintances and friends have had to lawyer up for the mistake of pretty much just knowing her, simply ASTOUNDS me.
Most people I know would try and love and support or forgive a daughter who accidentally killed her child. Maybe some would even try to love and support or forgive them if it was premeditated murder. But everyone I've ever heard talk about that would say they would have stopped short of obstruction of justice, or helping their daughter lie or lead LE on wild goose chases and CERTAINLY would not have colluded with her lame attempts to frame innocent people. It's one thing to be in denial after the fact (and let's not forget both CA and GA stated their worries she was either a sociopath or an unfit mother many times and to witnesses). And many of us believe they may be guilty of purposefully obstructing justice with their crime-scene cleaning and uncooperative attitude during the investigation. But what literally sends me over the edge is how willing they have been to point fingers and twice victimize people who had already suffered from their daughter's lying, stealing and evil behavior.
I'm sorry, I just am so perplexed at any attempt made to try and fit her poor, obviously ignorant, or perhaps naive friends or acquaintances into suspects of any sort when it is just so clear that every piece of legitimate logic or evidence points nowhere else but to one of the three inhabitants of the house on Hopespring Drive - two of which, despite what we think of their characters had no reason whatsoever to kill Caylee.
I just hope this lame and pathetic ruse, if used by the defense at trial, disgusts the jury members as much as it disgusts me.
