I think so. He spent from midnight something until nearly 2:30 am at Tony's?

I was under the impression that Casey didn't talk to Tony after the day her mother dragged her out of his apartment.

Lee didn't want Casey talking to Tony, IMO, in the jail house call.

Something feels way off there.

One thing that jumped out at me when reading the interview with TL is that he definitely was cooperative, to the extent that LE was going to use him to try to find out some information.

One thing that jumped out at me when reading the interview with TL is that he definitely was cooperative, to the extent that LE was going to use him to try to find out some information.

Well of course he was cooperative! He really hadn't known this bimbo for too long. All of a sudden she shows up an moves herself in after a couple of weeks of sex and partying without her daughter and then the next thing he knows her Mother shows up and warns him to bail, her daughter is missing and he is caught up in this high profile case.
His head must be spinning! Anyone who has ever had any contact with Casey will cooperate IMO just to show that she is just as much a mystery to them as she is to the rest of the world. She acted alone, I am sure.

One thing that stuck out to me, other than yes, he was definitely cooperative, was that I was following the timeline they were creating with Tony intently...I was waiting for the key days of June 16-17 to be discussed, and then they jumped to her getting picked up at the Amscot. Was an entire week edited out purposefully because it contains key info not necessarily pertinent to the neglect trial that they could still be saving for some bigger charges? I would think if anyone has info about KC during this time it could be Tony...Was this the time that Amy said KC dropped off the face of the earth? I wonder if Tony mentions that or was she around and what was her demeanor at this time?

Tony's interview does not mention the text message Amy says he got from KC the day before her arrest where she says,

"If they ever find her guess who gets to spends eternity in jail?"

That's odd until we're missing more documents to come or they're using that in the GJ stuff.

I thought I was missing something, but I guess not. There's no mention from Tony about the Pontiac during that week to twelve days, if Tony rode in it, where she parked it, or if it smelled.

JG is the one that told in his interview that Ricardo smokes pot, and he mentioned that Fusion has a lot of drugs going through.

I haven't read JG's yet, but I'm almost positive it was in Amy's that she said Tony is the one that supplied Casey with pot and brownies.

Do you remember reading in Amys interview when the detective asked her where Casey got pot from and she answered, from Ricardo? Are am I just blurry eyed after reading for hmm probably 10 hours today.
