Between errands and household chores, it took me most of yesterday to read the interview with George. I finished reading it in the wee hours of this morning.
It was the saddest interview I've seen. George is an emotional wreck! I can easily see now how Cindy is the engine moving the "Caylee is alive, she's been kidnapped" car. George is just a passenger, along with Lee.
I feel bad for George as he has no one to lean on, no one to confide in. He's all alone, and lives in fear of Cindy and Cindy's reactions. He was even fearful that Lee might learn that he had been at the sheriff's station for an interview.
There were quite a few revelations in that interview. First and foremost, George knew from the moment he smelled that car that Caylee was gone. The separation between George and Cindy in 2005 was because of problems with Casey. And, George doesn't like JB.
I can't imagine how difficult it is today for George. No doubt Cindy has read, or is reading, the material released yesterday. She's read George's interview and knows that he confided his concerns to LE. She knows that LE isn't happy with her actions, and that George agreed with them.
And the searchers are gathering for the big search tomorrow and George and Cindy have to face the prospect that Caylee's remains will be found.
