They have charged her with using a false Identity. My guess is that it has to do with whatever they found then.I would love to know what the item was that was "snatched" from the wallet in back of the ID. It must have been something familiar to them such as maybe a police officer's ID or business card?
I think in the beginning he was doing everything he could think of to get to the bottom of what happened to Caylee, no matter what cost.
He seemed to be doing his own investigation with the cell records and making contact with the various numbers.
But it seems as soon as JB entered the scene the family went into defence mode. His attitued since then has been very combative with the confrontation with the protestors. In the begining he seemed to be the only one with the cool head, but as of late he has been acting more like the rest of the A's.
I just wish one of them would step up and step away from the "protect Casey" mode.
Anyone else finally feel like we get the "fly on the wall" experience? Reading LA's statement and reading Cindy's comments were revealing. I laughed when I read that Cindy pocked the money she found in Casey's wallet!!! I mean, I guess you have to take your chuckles where you can find them. This whole case has just bummed me out in general.

Cindy, George and Lee are all victims here. I feel so bad for them.
There's an important lesson to learn from this tragedy: Just because people are not likeable, especially in how the media portrays them, does NOT mean that they are guilty of anything.

There is a big difference of being not likeable and being liars, isn't there?! It isn't how the media is portraying them...it is their own words which are betraying them. The media isn't spinning it. They are when they tell different stories and make things up only to catch themselves up later. So yes...it does mean they are guilty of something. Innocent victims do not have any reason to lie. The truth is the truth no matter how many times you tell it.
Me too. I'm very curious about this! Also - I couldn't believe that CA took money out of her wallet! Un-freeken-believable!
ETA - By the way...Is LA still MIA or has he been seen lately?

I agree that was a factor as well.I also think his change in attitude has come from trying to protect his parents.
When people are in shock over a tragedy, they go into denial, they are searching for any possible explanation and will verbalize it to try to see if it will work. Denial is the first step of the grieving process. The Anthony's had the misfortune of doing it in front of the media and the whole world. It is apparent that they knew the truth but just couldn't face it. They have to work through this. Innocent victims do lie to themselves in the face of an unbearable tragedy - this is common - I have experienced this phenomena myself. The victim wants to believe that ANYTHING other than the truth is what has happened...for the Anthony's ANYTHING would be better than knowing that their daughter killed Caylee. So they come up with crazy ideas and verbalize them and change the story and come up with other crazy ideas. In the end, they will come to accept what has happened. If you have never been through something so extraordinarily tragic, it is hard to understand this process. But that is what normal people do. They deny and they bargain and then they grieve and accept what has happened. Sometimes it takes months to move from one stage to another. Try to have some compassion. These people are hurting. I hope you NEVER have to go through something like this in your life. It is terrible.
I am so far behind on reading that I missed this before I posted on this topic. It struck me as really odd and I'm really wondering about whether or not TonE tried to wipe it, and if so, why? But you are right, LE would know who has done it by now & when. Probably on some of those pages that we are still missing!

I found Lee's "uhms" annoying. After having had Cindy tell us ad nauseum that the smell in the car was from rotten pizza, it was surprising to hear Lee describe how overwhelming the smell really was. We've all seen the Anthony home, and Lee says if you were standing at the front door, you could smell that car parked in the garage. That's a pretty strong odor!
Some things that caught my attention...................
* Lee says Cindy left for work about 8:00am on June 16th, and that she didn't hear either Casey or Caylee that morning as she claims she did.
* There was an attempt to deliver the registered letter from the impound yard on July 11th. George and Cindy didn't find the notice on the front door about the registered letter as they normally use the garage door as opposed to the front door.
* The receipts for items Casey bought after June 15th don't include items for a small child, such as diapers, juice, etc.
* The gas cans were stolen on Friday, June 20th, and TL accompanied Casey, waiting in his car, while she got the gas cans.
