What I found interesting, were in her chat logs with TonE, that she kept insisting that her parents were moving and the house would be all hers in just two days! This was on June 12th or 13th. To me, that means she planned something for that upcoming weekend. If it wasn't to get rid of Caylee, then she had a double murder planned. Plus, in TonE's deposition- she was already lying to him about the car being picked up by George and taken to a dealership and had a different lie ready for George & Cindy regarding not having a car...

I mean she was looking up household weapons and I thought that is strange. Why are you looking up that. You don't need that to kill a child. But you would need a weapon to fend off an intruder or your father.

Probably use the George thing. I mean this girl is going to throw them under the subway tracks - forget the bus - they are going down - they have to - they don't have anything else. And KC never really acknowledges George.

I read in the Hinkey (sp?0 timeline that KC was surprised to find out that Amscott moved the car. I think she went there and did not find it. So, I don't know - it is not detailed the meter I mean.

Interesting how Tony says there were no tears coming from KC when she was "crying" in his bed after looking at pictures of grandfather and Caylee.

Same thing Lee said about the act in her room when she told him about ZFG-She had tears, but she was not bawling-And when mom came in "her head went up...and they started fighting about past stuff"

My guess is Cindy, because IIRC, CA had just busted KC for stealing money (I'm writing about March, 2008)...then the searches, then a MySpace message to Lee thanking him for sticking up for her, all within a three day period.
Fights with CA = Kill your nearest relative.
