How do we know they didn't tell him so? :waitasec:

Because he SAID he believes they want to question him about planting evidence. Why would he believe that if they told him they want to question him as a material witness?

But Orange County Sheriff's Office investigators said, in fact, there were no bones and the bag had nothing to do with the Caylee Anthony case. Additionally, the shamrock toy turned out to be a Gumby toy.

These are experienced dark water divers. Murt always reports on the cautious side and made us wait. He talked to the divers before he reported. The divers reported that there were bones that appeared to be from the fingers and toes. I would highly doubt the divers had any question these were small bones and knew what they were looking at.

Many service stations provide large trash cans specifically for patrons to use. Let's not get carried away on irrelevant tangents like what happened yesterday with the cat.

No need for irrelevant tangents, you're right about that, Chilly, but the relevance of what I've posted in the two (2) posts above goes to that poster's attempt to "explain" why someone might have trash bags in their vehicle full of trash, if you go back and reread the thread. (And the stations here in LA don't ;) they're usually kept locked with a padlock, unless someone forgot to lock same.)

Maybe they will do both - his saying one does not necessarily negate the other, does it?

If you are doing this in Louisiana, I'd rethink that if I were you, as that's my home state and, like I said, it's a crime here to go dumping your garbage in commercial businesses' dumpsters. Shame on you!
As indicated in my post, trash collected in the car goes into the (octagonal) bin at the gas station, which has no problem with me putting it there. (Or, it waits till it gets put in my garbage at home or my destination point, such as my parents). I haven't lived in Louisiana in over 20 years, but it's good to know the fine residents of that Great State are zealously policing enforcement of its "Commercial Businesses Dumpster" crimes. Please pm me if you'd like to make a citizen's arrest.

There is a huge difference in trying to raise money to operate a non-profit organization and in trying to make money to put in one's own pocket.

"Tim Miller's divers out here, news cameras out here ... think how much money we could make, Tim".

Could this not also mean how much money could be made to help TES. Wasn't LP raising money for TES. If LP stated, "we", possibly he meant the two of them working together to raise funds for TES.

I'm not getting where anyone thinks LP is making any money on this. He has hotel rooms, food, fuel, plane tickets to pay for. At best I think he would be happy to recoup his expenses for helping search for Caylee. Doesn't TES basically recoup their expenses for searches from donations???

ok i donno if this is soemthign to start a new thread over but do you guys who watched remember drunk cowboy? Well murt was saying drunk cowboy works for the A's lawyer. Look at this little clip and see who is sitting on the couch with the lawyer and soem other guy....

If one has a good impression of LP, they could choose to believe that he meant something altruistic with that comment. I believe that LP's motivation for getting involved in this case was, from the very start, to gain fame and to pad his own pockets. What kind of caring person hopes to 'make money' by holding up a dead child's skull for the media cameras? Tim would never do something so totally cold and heartless, no matter how much it might generate in donations. Would the donations actually pour in at the end of a successful search when they were no longer needed to find that particular child, or would the money be made from media appearances, magazine spreads, books, etc.

LP did not say, "Think of the money TES would raise," or "Think of the money we could raise for TES." He said, "Think of the money we could make."

We have no way of knowing what, if any, expenses LP has paid out of his own pocket. He's done so many interviews for so many news agencies, many of which pay for travel, lodging, and expenses if not for the interview itself.

LP's bounty hunter show was canceled. He's run for mayor of Sacramento a number of times and received very few votes. He's shopping for a new reality series. If it costs him a few dollars to reach his personal goals, I'm sure he feels it's money well spent.

Boy are we off topic or what? lol.

Agreed!!!!!:bang:
Everyone.. I have so many alerts in my mailbox from many many members about these threads consistently going off topic. Many people like to read these threads to find out what they missed.. But they have to wade through s-o m-a-n-y OT posts it is extremely frustrating.
This is not directed at you 2 that I quoted by any means. I just quoted you because you nailed it LOL.

PLease Please please try and keep this topic and all topics on target and informative for those that cannot watch what is happening in real time.

Months ago, when the Media questioned LP , he was vigorously defended here at WS

When some WS Posters questioned LP they were ganged up on & thrown to the wolves

Then Tim Miller dared to say something negative about LP & Tim "The Living Saint" Miller was thrown right into the trash heep ...

Now, LE is voicing their displeasure with LP & his actions

I can already see it coming....

LE & the FBI will be Trashed right along with the rest of the LP doubters...

That's already happening on this board. The doubting if LE is interested in finding Caylee, doubting whether they (LE) knows what a bone looks like. I personally don't like how State is handling the entire investigation. The information released to the general public is just RAW DATA. I've been involved in some very serious and long term investigations, some of them having national significance. This amount of information should never have been released to the public.

Now that it has I fear the case is going to become another publicity event just like OJ 1 and 2, The Holloway Case and so many others. JMO. I do hope I'm wrong

We do not know exactly what LP said we ONLY know what TM said LP said......heresay.

True, we don't know the exact words, however someone relating what was said directly to them is not considered hearsay. Regardless, if LP had implied that the money would be raised for TES, Tim wouldn't be upset about and never would have spoken out.

Ummm I wish i didnt watch that video:( Seeing TM sitting with the A's attorney made me sick to my stomach:( TM needs to stay clear of all of them period.Their not doing him or TES any favors! The A's are taking the focus off of them and applying it to LP. Next week it could be TM yet again.

I have no info. on who the man is, did a screen-shot and that's it.

As for who you refer to as "drunk cowboy" it was just stated by 'M' five minutes ago on his CAM he never smelled liquor on the man's breath, or did he think he was drunk.

But he was acting like he was drunk. That is where the nickname came from. It was all a ruse imo.

Well, I have to beg to differ with "M" on this....I was listening to his live feed as this cowboy dude was doing his "thing", and M definitely made a comment about how it looked like the guy seemed like he'd had a "few" that day already.
